It's strange and extremely disappointing with how unwelcome I always feel dining here. The food is tasty with good sized portions, but not good enough to stomach the lack of and abhorrent service here. Don't expect any attention from your servers besides the check. My patronage feels unwanted and I do not plan on returning.

For Pho in Texas it not bad very skimpy portions ......pho is a little pricey for Texas coming from NVA.near Dc.... they are cheap with their meat in the pho...very little... Unless you are a little kid or a small person the large pho is very little bowl No meat balls... No meat.... If you gonna sell a large bowl for a higher price make sure the customers fells full when they walk out.... Total ripp offffff.. Very skimpy with the portions..Been coming here for 7 years... At first they give you a big portion after time they give you a smaller portion... That is called stealing from customers... The Vietnamese lady is Soo rude....why we are customers that always leave 20% tip and sometimes over tip...Won't be going back..Owners don't care for the customer at all...Last time we order to go beef and meat balls pho.. Few pieces of beef,1 meatball cut in quarter's and barely any noodles... Why are the portions so tiny..you order extra meat,,,they don't give you extra. Never go there again....

I was really sad about this place. Some of the best Pho I’ve ever had, but terrible service. I’m not saying this as some grumpy old man or a Karen. I have a pretty low standard for the service industry nowadays, since it’s not easy, but this was a new low. When we walked in, it was completely empty with two women talking. They stopped and gave us a rude stare as if we were interrupting something. We (Adult, teenager, and toddler) asked if we could sit in a certain booth, but the older blonde woman told us that we have to sit in the smaller booth. Somewhat understandable I guess. We both felt intimidated by her. Even when we tried to be nice and friendly, she seemed annoyed. Both me and my mom ordered the eye round steak Pho with extra onions and a side of rice for the toddler. Also, since it’s a toddler, she ordered a bowl for him to put it in because its on a plate. Once again, the server was annoyed just because she asked for a bowl. When we actually got our food and the bowl, my mom casually asked for a bigger bowl (not in a rude way I swear). She was interrupted by the server refusing, saying that she already brought a bowl. So then she went to the back, leaving us with no drinks or anything. We ended up asking the people at the front for a lot of things because she wasn’t coming back.After I started eating, I noticed that she gave us the wrong meat. When we actually said something, she gaslit us into thinking we ordered this other type of meat, and said we couldn’t get our money back. I would understand if it was cheap, but it was far from that.I decided to mention how rude shes been to me and in return she snapped on me and started talking bad about us to the other staff members (in front of me).There are some good servers there, but most of the times I’ve come in I’ve gotten her and shes been SUPER RUDE.

The older lady who works here is always rude but today she was too rude to overcome. We came in as a family and she wouldn’t let us sit in a bigger booth. We ordered, and she took our order wrong. She said we ordered something different but I don’t think so since I get the same thing every time I come. When she brought the wrong order out, she refused to remake it - we needed to eat it because replacing it is wasteful. So here we are with the rudest waitress eating meat that I can only describe as pretty gross with no drink refills. We finally just left our dish, paid and left. Living in McKinney, there are a lot of options for food and there’s so reason for a server to treat customers in this unacceptable manor.Next time I’ll go to Fish Bowl Poke and Pho a mile down the street. At least they appreciate their customers.
The BEST pho in town!! Delicious and loaded! The service is amazing and it’s a nice place to go with family and friends. They also have boba!! I tried the French vanilla late and it was so good. Definitely going back for dinner lol and tomorrow again!

After attempting to give this place multiple chances, we've decided not to go there again. Despite overlooking the bad service and unwelcoming vibe from the owner in the past, our patience ran out during our latest visit.In our last two visits, we waited over 45 minutes for our food. This evening, we waited 20 minutes for the first half of our order but had to endure an additional 40 minutes for the other half. Unfortunately, this meant my son had to wait almost an hour, watching his sister eat. The most frustrating part was the fact that we ordered 4 nearly identical sandwiches and received only one.When we brought this up to the staff, the lady owner became angry and rude.
