Being generous as we usually love the pies…picked up a Salami and Margherita last night, must have been a new employee making the pies…seemed more like NY style, no buffalo mozzarella, and the salami pizza was badly charred, which we love that about this style. Some of the toppings were burnt to a crisp. Hopefully improving next time!
We had James as our server and he was awesome! I went with my parents and they absolutely adored him. He was very attentive and friendly which made our first visit very enjoyable! We plan on coming back here because of him!
Love the atmosphere. 300 year old dough starter !!! Site location has their very own dough master. Great pizzas, obviously. Salads, and many more food selections available. Service was fast and reliable, no complaints, will come back !! MANAGER RICHIE was very nice, and did his best in detailing the menu and history of Pie Tap Workshop + Bar. THANK YOU RICHIE !!
