I don’t usually write reviews for the big chains — I prefer supporting the local Mom & Pop places. But I’m making an exception because the service I received here was truly outstanding.
Kennedy took care of my order, and I told her I wanted a beautiful pizza. She delivered exactly that. I promised her I’d write a review if she nailed it, so here I am keeping my word.
The thin crust was perfectly crisp, the sauce was balanced and light, and the jalapeños had just the right amount of heat. Picture-perfect pizza and top-tier service.

I have no idea how this place is open. Order my pizza at 7.15. It showed that pizza will be ready by 7.55. I waited till 8.45 pm and pizza is still not ready. Staff keep telling me that order is in oven. I have no idea what kind of pizza you have to put in oven for more than hour. Finally I asked to cancel and he told me he doesn’t know how to do. I was so fed up I just left and now gonna dispute my charge.
This is so bad. Basically took my money, waste my time and no service at all. Very unprofessional and very bad place. Someone please shut this place down.

Summer 2025 new review. BEST PIZZA HUT in the area. Kudos to Leilani (newer manager) and her staff. She genuinely cares about her customers, employees and store. They are friendly and they consistently make a good pizza. If you like Pizza Hut, you know that they are all not created equal. This is a GREAT one! Cheers! 🍕

Service here keeps getting worse and worse. I have no idea how they are even still open. Tonight we ordered some pizza. They got one pizza completely wrong and forgot the Pepsi I paid for. Everything was also cold. I called and after they finally got on the phone, it was a kid who I could barely understand. I let him know I ordered on their website and that my drink was missing and one pizza was wrong. I told him I didn't care that the pizza was wrong, I'll eat it but I want the money back for the drink that wasn't delivered. He kept grilling me about what the driver was wearing and was it Pizza Hut or Doordash. I told him numerous times I ordered it off their website. I also asked what type of crust the Tavern style pizza was supposed to have. He told me he didn't know what that pizza was. I asked to speak to a manager, who might know what kind of pizza they sell. He apparently was the manager. Then he proceeded to ask me 3 times about every item on my order after I'd already given him my name and order number. I just wanted the money back for the drink. He said "you'll get it" then hung up on me. Great job Pizza Hut! I'll just call Dominoes or really anyone but you next time.
This is by far the worst pizza experience I’ve ever had with any pizza company! You can’t reach anybody or call them and the time for delivery just keeps getting longer and longer and longer. For a single large pizza and $32 later this is pathetic! My pizza is still not here after an hour and a half. And they use DoorDash to deliver. At the time the DoorDash driver picked up the pizza. It shouldn’t take more than nine minutes to get to where I’m located! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! 😤😡

This place is Terrible! We ordered a single pizza and it took them over an hour and a half to get to us and of course it wasn’t even fresh. We tried to call to see what was taking so long and nobody would answer. By far the worst place to order from in town. Sounds like they need to fire everybody and hire people who actually work and not just fiddle on there phones all day. Nothing but lazy kids that work there. I’ll never get anything from this store again.

Leaving a review because our order is wrong and there's no way to contact anyone. No one will answer at the store and there's no way to contact cooperate. I paid for a product I didn't receive and tipped very well on top of it. My order was a thin crust pepperoni and a thin crust pepperoni and mushroom. Picture attached of what I received. We've ordered several times in the past and it's always hit or miss, but paying $30 plus $10 tip for two pizzas that were wrong is ridiculous.

I just called and sat in the line for 20 min with no answer Just to call back, have someone pick up the phone up the phone without answering put it down and listen to them laugh for 10 minutes while trying to get service
