The manager I just spoke to at the store just now should maybe get demoted if he doesn’t know how to handle customers. The food was inedible. This pizza hut used to suck then it got better but it looks like it sucks again, maybe wait a year before trying this place out again.
When I asked the employee about the reward, he answered that he didn't know and told me to solve it through the app. He responded rudely with an irritated voice and said he had to go now and went into the kitchen. It wasn't busy at 3:30 PM . It's truly amazing how people can treat people in such an attitude.This person's rude attitude ruined my afternoon.
