I want to give a huge shoutout to Andrew, the shift manager at Pizza Hut. His customer service was seriously next-level. He helped me find a great deal on my order, walked me through the menu, and gave solid recommendations—all without rushing me at all. He made the whole process quick, easy, and actually enjoyable.
Andrew definitely deserves recognition for how well he treats customers. Pizza Hut, y’all have a real one on your team.

Long story short. Delivery driver left my food outside on the ground without knocking and lied about waiting 3 minutes outside of my door. Supposed store manager, who wouldn't provide his name, would only offer a store credit as if I would actually go back there. Then told me to dispute the charge. I ended up calling my bank to dispute it once I noticed a bug in the food. The bank said it's not disputable and I'm sure he knew that. Terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere. Just like the pervious reviewer, they robbed me of $40 too!

This pizza hut took my money and I never received my order. A random stranger called me and told me they had my order. I called the pizza hut. A worker named Tray called me back. He refused to make it right and told me to call back at 10am in the morning. Tray argued with me then he hung up on me. I called him back and asked him why he hung up on me. He told me he didnt have time to talk to customers because he is busy and he doesnt have time to explain anything. The first call was under 2 minutes. The second call was even shorter. This place needs to be shut down. Dont order anything from this place. They have horrible customer service. That pizza was for my kids. This pizza hut stole almost 40 dollars from me. You guys should be ashamed.

Our order was right, but when I went to pick up, I saw the dude in the back putting ingredients on a pizza...no gloves. Touching pepperoni with his bare hands. NASTY!!! Please wear gloves when touching people's food. Then he went over and stated washing some dishes-then messing with his ears; scratching his ears or putting ln an ear bud Either way....not good.

I never leave reviews but multiple times I have ordered delivery from this location and something has been missing. If you order delivery from here prepare to have some part of your order missing.

I never leave reviews, but yikes. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza from here. It was not ready in the time the app stated, so there needs to be better updates with that immediately. The staff seemed super unorganized. I could hear the staff in the back saying they were swamped, and all other conversations. The lobby was full of customers who had not yet received their orders. If I had not already paid I would have left. Do not visit this location. It was terrible. I have to hope my order will be correct, but I will probably just take the loss and leave now. The guy behind the register was cool in a stressful situation, but some better management or more staff is needed at this location. I will know next time to drive to a further location. I don't know if this is a new location or an old one that needs to be shut down, but something needs to be done my goodness. Good thing I didn't have anywhere to be except home after a long work shift. I feel bad for the door dash drivers because all of their deliveries were definitely late.
Update: My order supposed to be ready at 7:38 and ended up getting it around 8:30. The only positive thing I have to say is, at least it was hot and correct. The lady who brought out my order was nice and doing the best she could with what she had. But yikes, never again. Or I'll choose the pay in store option so I can just cancel my order and leave.

I ordered a Pepperoni Lover's Melt and cheese sticks on my way home from a long 12 hour shift soaked from the rain. Not only was the food delicious, especially the melt, the service was excellent. I commend the crew working tonight (1/29) and I want to extend a heartfelt thanks for making my night easier.
Tiera at the McKinney Stacy Rd location (suite 150) is the best customer service representative I have ever met at a fast food restaurant! Her kindness and problem solving skills were impeccable in a very disappointing experience that I was having with the new Pizza Hut app. The app needs a lot of work, but thankfully Tiera saved me from having a bad experience with one of my favorite franchises! Thank you!

Ordered on the app and it showed it was ready. Drove across the street to pick up and the pizza it had not even been put in the oven yet. Pizza hut in general has gone downhill. Their app rarely works and when you try to redeem points for a free pizza it has always crashed. Then you call the store and they say they have nothing to do with the app and will not take your points.
