Seriously not worth ever ordering again.The delivery driver dropped a pizza .. told me to call and let the center know - ok no problem… but now I’ve been trying for 20 min and no one at the store is answering and I keep getting kicked back to the call center. Been transferred 5 times. I will never order here again.

I mean you can’t deny PH has the best stuffed crust because they do. BUT customer service is just non existent. And I am not exaggerating. I always place delivery orders and my orders are simple. A pizza and a drink. I kid you not that EVERY single time I place that order I NEVER get that drink. I double check myself every time thinking I could’ve ordered it in my head but never clicked on it in the app,oh I clicked on it alright…and I am being charged for it and even THAT doesn’t upset me as much as the fact that I can NEVER get anyone on the phone when I call the store. I get the call center that just transfers me to the store and then I get hit with silence. The store on Stacy Rd in McKinney,TX whoever the owner is PLEASE pick up that phone and answer your customers, I know you hear it ring because when I come for pick up- I hear it ring and I see you ignoring that phone. With the amount of drinks they never delivered I probably could’ve opened my own store by now. The food is great guys,just be more attentive to your customers.

Nobody came to give curbside pickup for 10 min. Then they told me that food came just now though the food was cold.The owner told me I have to check in somewhere, but there was no check in anywhere for curbside and no one pickup the phone when I called.

I usually don’t like to complain. However, the service and food were not good. When I first walked in there was no one to greet me or give me information on the pizza I already ordered. There someone behind the counter preparing food but he showed no sign a customer had walked through the door and was seeking help. Additionally, the pizza barely had marinara sauce on it, so mad I picked Pizza Hut to eat.

Ordered a pizza and wings on-line. Food never showed up called the store and apparently the corporate number from the delivery confirmation email. No answer from the local store and no help from the other. Still have a pending charge for an order that never showed up and still no follow up communication or resolution. Would not recommend on-line ordering system.

Worst pizza hut ever!!! I specifically called in my order due to the fact that I was paying with $100 cash. I made it clear to IQOC 040470 that I was paying cash and to verify the driver had change. I also ordered my pizza well done and it showed up an hour &10 minutes later completely raw and cold being delivered by door dash when I specifically called the store and the driver wasn't prepared. I called the store 8 times and was ignored every single time. The idiot taking my order even had the audacity to ask how I was going to pay when I proceeded to tell AGAIN CASH!!!! NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Ticket 23 4:04 pm 12/09/23
Ordered from here several times. Location is a mile away from me. Orders are usually correct, however food has always arrived cold with soggy crust.

Cameron is awesome! Quick to fix issues, very nice, and they make a damn good pizza here! However, !Do not do delivery here! They have to use DoorDash and today was terrible.. got a text my dasher was here and after going back and fourth with DoorDash, came to the conclusion (an hour later) that my dasher left the order on some random bench 5 minutes away! Called this Pizza Hut location and talked to Cameron. He issued a refund and remade my order, I chose to pick it up the 2nd time around..
