I placed an order and they said it would be ready at 10:30 and it was 10:50. I spoke to the call center because they did not deliver the order and there they told me that it was ready to pick up, they spoke to the store, they did not answer the call and from the drive thru you could hear the phone and they also passed by the window, looked at us and just ignored us Terrible service

This place is garbage. My order was an hour late, stale, cold and disgusting. The delivery driver kept me at the door to harass me about adopting a dog. I was told I was getting a refund which I didn’t, I have called and called and no one ever picks up the phone and it just hangs up on me. I want the refund I was promised. Guess I’ll drive up there and and be mad in person. Thanks Pizza Hut.

Horrible customer service. They'll lose your order and claim they didn't receive it and night employees, including manager are rude. Tried to reside the issue in a calmly manner and if you don't agree with what they're saying, they hang up in your face. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I rather drive 10 miles extra to the next one. Neber had an issue until now. Train your workers better please. If we have proof of an order, there's no way you can tell me that I didn't place an order.

Poor customer service. Canceled my app order because they couldn't call to verify my order. It was placed on an app that I LOGGED INTO! What is there to verify. App never updated to say my order wasn't coming. When I called after the time frame expired, Nick had a major attitude and lied and told me the store was closed when it wasn't.

I ordered two large pan pizzas and 18 wings when the order came they dropped it at the door because of the no contact which is good when I got them inside the door it was for small pizzas after 20 minutes of speaking to the manager at this Pizza hut finally he found my order oh he forgot to tell me they sent the four small pizzas instead of the two large because there are out of large pizzas...WTH!! why wasn't I told that when I ordered the pizzas this is unacceptable we will never shop here again these people are complete idiots!!$60 for this stuff unbelievable!! and then he acts like I'm lying 🤬🤬🤬

I don't know if this location does not have the hut favorite crust seasoning but EVERY TIME I order from this location they NEVER put it on my pizza. When I call to inform them of this they don't answer the phone. I sit on the phone, on hold until the line disconnects. The one time I got someone on the phone she had the worst attitude. Most times I go pick up my pizza from a different location because I'd rather drive then deal with the abysmal service from them. I decided to give them another try tonight, and true to form they screwed up my order and didn't answer the phone. How they manage to stay open baffles me, but next time I'll just make the drive.

Pizza Hut Express grab and go counter inside SuperTarget always hits the spot. Cheese is always bubbly and hot, crust is golden brown and crisp everytime. Can't go wrong with a personal pizza or pasta ready to grab and go here.
