I buy pizza every weekend and unfortunately today the pizza came super greasy, the dough wasn't well baked, couldn't even pick up the pizza by hand because of so much oil. And I called to talk about it, the person on the phone was super rude and said there was nothing to be done about it. So a pizza chain as traditional as this sells a product that you can't even eat and they simply don't care. Very disappointed, don't go there. Go somewhere else, it's worth driving a little further than ruining your dinner. Thank you, Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut had the best service out of all the Pizza Huts I've been to. This place outshines the rest of the resturants. Sofia was quick thinking and fix a small problem with my order with a smile. Even though I had a problem with my order, I left happy because of the AMAZING customer service.

I'm sorry but, this particular Pizza Hut is not the friendliest restaurant I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few.They told even tell when the Pizza will be ready or the cost and it's a brand new place. I'm going somewhere else for better service and spe d my money where I'll get great customer service! Be ware!!! U

I would give this location zero stars. I ordered my food and it was confirmed. I haven’t received it and the store doesn’t answer my calls. Best bet is to go to a different location all together.

I just had absolutely the worst food experience in my 81 years. I placed my order and was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited in my car and watched people bringing back their previously picked up orders. I assume they were given the wrong pizza. After 30 minutes I went back in and was told it was in the oven. Then I was given someone else's pizza. Then the young lady (with an attitude problem) told me my order was lost and it would be 30 more minutes, it had to be remade. I ask to speak to the manager, a tall blonde lady. The manager told the young lady to tell me she was the manager tonight...she told me that and she laughed as she repeated it to me. I got my money back and left. I would have fired both these people on the spot, especially the real manager who cannot manage a pizza parlor. Amazing they have any business.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but the customer service at this Pizza Hut has been disappointing more than once. Every time I come in to pick up an order, no one greets you, I’ve gone through the drive thru and they don’t even say a word. They just stare like you’re bothering them. I work in customer service myself, so I know how important a simple greeting or friendly attitude can be. . I normally don’t have a problem with the pizza but the most recent time I went , I did. I made a simple request for light sauce on my pizza, and once we got home we noticed that the sauce was overbearing so we called and spoke to Elijah! He was very polite and helpful, and I appreciate that he gave me store credit to make things right. However, when we called back to have the order remade, we spoke with Sophie/Sophia “the manager on duty” We asked to add extra and didn’t mind paying more, but she was being extremely rude and difficult. She even said “OMG!” in a very unprofessional way. Not to me but to my mom which was super disrespectful ! That’s where the horrible customer service really showed! I really want to know why anyone would think you were the right fit to be in management.
I don’t like writing bad reviews unless it’s truly necessary, but this was definitely one of those times. This location really needs to work on their customer service because it’s just not it right now.

I ordered from Pizza Hut today, and I was really disappointed with the quality of my pizza. The crust was doughy and clearly undercooked — it needed to stay in the oven for a few more minutes. The toppings were also falling off, and I couldn’t even pick up a slice without everything sliding off.
I actually had to put the pizza back in my oven just to finish cooking it myself. This was frustrating, especially given the price I paid. I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut and was hoping for better quality. Please look into this issue, as I appreciate it.

This location always delivers consistent food quality and outstanding customer service. The pepperoni pizza is our go-to—always hot, cheesy, and fresh. We usually add extra cheese, and they get it just right every time. A big shoutout to Brooke, the manager, who is always helpful and friendly. Ordered $2 personal pan pizza. Pizza was dry & the base felt like it wasn’t cooked properly which came in a aluminium foil pan. The pizza was so small compared to the pizza we got from other pizza hut locations. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff said the pizza size was same. It isn’t.
