The store offers online ordering so I pre-ordered and paid for my drink to pick it up. When I got to the store at 12:20pm they were completely CLOSED! No sign on, lights out, and a lock on the door. I am now out $10 for my order and didn’t receive my drink. Nobody has contacted me despite me filling out contact information for the store. I understand things can happen and a place can have to close for various reasons but online ordering should not be an option if you plan to just lock your doors during lunch hours. Also horrible because no one has even attempted to reach out to me.

Fun Little Smoothie shop! Employees are sweet, smoothies are creative and delicious, and your order wait time is very quick—will be in and out before you know it. This was my first time, and definitely going back!

Steep prices, and false advertising. I've been shopping with planet smoothie for over a year now because it is the closest smoothie joint to my workplace. Their drinks are way too expensive, and their loyalty program is not what it claims. 10 purchases = one free 22oz smoothie. I went to claim my free smoothie after buying 10 overpriced smoothies and it turns out the drink wasn't free at all. It says you can earn a free drink, but the drink is not free. I won't be giving planet smoothie any more of my business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this smoothie!! I got the Dragonfruit Lemon smash I think it was called!! Hands down, way better than smoothie king!! Service was FANTASTIC!! Mo was super helpful and friendly! If I could rate this place 10 stars, I would for sure! I will be back! ?

I came in for the new and featured smoothie Vitality Vibes and no one had heard of it. I opted for the Lean Green Extreme and they had no leafy greens. I’m leaving a low rating because this has happened a few times at the McKinney location. Not the best.
