Every time I give this location the benefit of the doubt, but seems that they still seem to serve bad food. The chicken strips today were very hard as if they were from earlier in the day not fresh at all. I won’t be visiting this location again.

This is my 3rd time attempting to go this year, every time there’s always over 40 minute wait. Today there was a line of 4 cars in front of us in line so we decided to go in. All of the workers were just standing around talking or on their phone. When we approached they said they are only taking drive thru orders. The DoorDash guy was there too and said he has been waiting awhile too. Ridiculous service. They need to clean house and hire an entire new staff.

popeyes offered a special of buy one classic chicken sandwich and get the other free. I ordered two classic sandwiches with the expectation of receiving 4 to accommodate for the special and only two sandwiches were sent and I was charged full price. when I called popeyes to express concern, the "GM" Claudia was rude and said it's not popeyes fault and they will not refund me for the extra sandwich. I will need to speak with door dash.The special is advertised on door dash as well as popeyes' website.

Service is super bad! The guy at the window didn’t give me my order I waited for more than 30 minutes!!! And other cars were coming and he served them and for other no! They need to prioritize this is a Shame

Every time we come here, they mess up our order. If you go through the drive through, open your boxes to make sure they gave you the correct order, before you drive off. We assume the girl that started taking our order couldn’t understand our English so suddenly it was a guy whom we couldn’t understand. They cheated us on the # of tenders we paid for- gave us 3 instead of 5, the wrong sides or no dipping sauce.

Forgot most of what I ordered the chicken sucks I’d rather go to canes and there chicken taste like water

No one could explain the “spicy bone in” option. Each person that was sent to the register did not speak English so there was a huge barrier in communicating a simple order. This is supposed to be fast food but they are extremely slow. Will not be visiting this location anymore. Corporate office please step in and help get this location on track before you lose all of your business.

I order my food and just got home. Didn't get what I ordered. The girl at the window asked me what I order and I repeated my order. Get home and have cold tenders and no Cajun fries. Got nasty beans and rice. Why ask if yall are to lazy to cook some fries.

Left my debit card by accident and next day $300 was taken from acct. Bunch of thieves who undercook meals been sick from this location before dont mind driving to stacy rd for better service

Unfortunately, this is the second time that my order has been incorrect. Also, to top it all off, I ordered an iced tea and there were floating pieces of chicken batter in the drink. I am highly disgusted at this point. The portions were smaller than they used to be but I was willing to look past it, I cannot look past this.

I used to eat here frequently but the service and food has gone down hill. The new wing sauces are good, but very greasy. I love the Mac and cheese but I was given a very small portion, one bite and it was gone. The guy at the window kept asking if I wanted red beans without the beans 😒. I was pissed as I worked a long day and didn't have time for jokes. Just give me my food so I can go.

I had to give 1 star if it was my choice they would of gotten 0 stars, I asked them if they wouldn't fry the chicken Soo hard because my husband isn't able to eat hard chicken skin(crust) the guy said no that's how they cook it then we ordered a extra side of Mac&cheese small he ignored that and gave us Lg just to up his sells didn't like that not one bit I'm very dissiffied with this place

Twice I’ve ordered the exact same thing. Bone-In Ghost pepper wings. The first time they screwed up and gave me the wrong order, I just decided to re-order because I am pregnant, and then when I asked my new delivery person to be sure they had the right order this time around the clerks confirmed it was when once again they gave me the wrong order. I believe they did it on purpose because it was in fact late and they didn’t feel like making what I ordered. The first order was at 11:30pm, and the second order was at 12:00am and I spent over an hour and 1/2 waiting for what should be have been something so simple and ended up with absolutely nothing so now I have to go to bed hungry at 1am and wake up for work. Words couldn’t describe how angry and upset this made me.
