Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered the 25 tailgater, tray of fries, 10 extra sauces, 8 pieces of toast, and two large drinks… don’t ever do that. Just order 4-5 caniac combos with extra bread, since the order was “large” they asked us to pull around to the mobile order parking spot. Waited over 20 minutes, on top of the 10 minutes in the regular line, only to get no drinks and have to wait another 5 minutes for those. In the mean time about 18 cars got their food and at least 12 people went in and ordered and walked out with their orders. Frustrating.

Update, our order is partially wrong. Awesome.

This is like the 3rd time I've paid for extras. Sauces, bread, etc...and each time I get home. All of those items are missing. Check your order before leaving here. I won't be back. I'll just drive the other way to Allen so I don't waste my time and money.

This would be the #1 chicken finger place ever if they would serve Gravy, Ranch,Honey Mustard, BBQ sauce with there Chicken Fingers. The Cane Sauce is good, bur don't let that be the only sauce. You could also serve better fries like Fresh Cut French Fries. So 2 more things to expand and better your business( more sauces and fresh cut french fries)

First of all I ordered a caniac combo and got 4 tenders. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Secondly they told us the order was paid for then had us pay again because somebody couldn't do their job properly. Not to mention they had no idea which orders were which constantly asking me about the wrong order instead of communicating. Overall 0/10 experience and I expect a refund when I come back tomorrow.

Quick and friendly service, lots of seating. Got a six finger combo to share with a friend and it was plenty of food. The bread is really good too. My friends don't like the bread and I don't know what's wrong with them. The bread is good.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 employees stood outside talking to one on inside and drinking drinks. I was thirsty too could have went through and gave everyone their drinks if they were waiting on food worst canes I have ever been too

I want to like this location and rate it higher but each time we go here, something always goes wrong. They forgot about our order for 20 mins, missing 1 chicken, dry chicken& fries, etc.

Ordered two Caniac combos a while back. The first few chicken fingers/tenders were fine the last few were very dry. The combo comes with two of the cane sauces each, the first sauce was really bland and had no flavor. The second sauce was way more flavorful and tasty. For my first experience with having Cane’s the food was very inconsistent to say the least.

I had a cashier/drive thru attendant named Brice, I only ordered fries and a canes sauce (which were phenomenal btw) and he was very sweet and kind. I’m a little socially awkward so he dealt with my general oddities well! 10/10 customer service yay!

Just bought a gift card I didn't eat.

Rude service. Half hour line wait. I pull up and the line was clear and the people taking orders outside let me pass so i tried taking my order at the speaker and no one answered. i come up to checkout window and they all give me attitude like it’s me fault. It’s y’all’s fault you let me pass and never took my order. because of that it backed up the line even more. Do not go here in drive thru.

Very busy, but the food was great, workers very pleasant, and service was fast.
