Erin was so personable and sweet to us. She’s actually pretty hilarious which all of these things you don’t come across much in the hospitality industry nowadays. We had a good dinner and a good experience due to Erin she made sure every request we had was met. We will be returning.

First and foremost.. I would like to nominate John the Host for employee of the month. He was so welcoming as we came in and made sure we were comfortable with where we were seated. He told us ALL of the specials not just one and made sure to make us feel welcomed and let us know who our server would be. I was so impressed that we exchanged names as he shook our hands as he left the table. We enjoyed our meal of Voodoo shrimp tacos and enjoyed Chelsea our server. We ordered more of the hurricane wings to-go.. so delicious! As we were walking out I realized we were missing ranch. I said hey John can I bother you for some ranch and he responded.. “Yes Shaunelle just one moment.” The fact that he remembered my name and was so polite led me to leave this review! Thank you John! You made my day! Stay AMAZING!

Bro how r u gonna forget the sauce on a po boy? That’s ridiculous. My order was pretty simple. So hopefully it wouldn’t get messed up. Shrimp po boy. I got a catfish po boy with no sauce. 15 dollars for something I didn’t order is crazy. 15 dollars for something I didn’t order not even made correctly is crazier.

Started out salad was wrong, asked for no cucumbers due to allergies well salad came with cucumbers on it, we sent it back then fish wasn't done, my son's chicken wings were bloody everything was sent back. We finally got our reorder about 45 minutes later very disappointed we go to razoos often

Oh my what a pleasure tonight was!! I came in for my monthly mom’s day out and was greeted by Abriana at the bar. She was truly amazingggg!! I was served in a timely manner. Her and the manager went over the top in trying to get the baseball game on for me and though Direct TV didn’t want to get with the program, Razzoos staffing and service did! The food was fresh and tasty. The service was Top Tier. This is a stop I will be making monthly! Way to go Razzoos McKinney!! 5 Stars for sure!
