This is my favorite spot on the McKinney Square. Its so cozy and inviting. It's an extension of Snug on the Square and has it's own vibe. The biscuits are incredible and you wont be disappointed by the options available

I worked at the Hall Library today and grabbed a breakfast taco on the way from the Red Canoe restaurant. It's right next to Snug on the square in downtown McKinney. The Red Canoe is a really cute little space with a small counter and terrifically friendly people. It was my first visit and I was immediately charmed by the atmosphere and the people. Then I took a bite of the bacon, egg, and cheese taco and - Holy Moly - it was the best breakfast taco I've ever eaten! Not just a little bit better, not even a lot better, it was fantastically amazingly better! You have no idea! After this, I probably won't be able to eat breakfast tacos anywhere else! Now I need to return and try their chicken biscuits, or their biscuits and gravy, or ... maybe everything they offer. What a great little place! What a great addition to our great city!

It’s a real cute cozy place. Very relaxing. Our first visit was just coffee n a delicious cinnamon roll, but the menu looked good. It reminded me lots of something from Friends- Central Perk. Very friendly place. Loved it!

The setting is so adorable and the food is great! && you HAVE to make sure to swing by the Donut Kitchen to get the ice cream.. sooooooo good!!! Honestly the best ice cream I've ever had and I get it all year long. Can't say enough about this spot.. if you haven't been here yet, GO!!

Really cool new place on the square. Super casual, with breakfast in the morning and craft ice cream after about 3. And self serve coffee all day. Great place to hang out and work and study. Pretty good WiFi connection too.
