Me and my wife were celebrating this weekend and drove a long way out to this restaurant and made a fairly large order which included 5 beef patties. Firstly, the entire order of beef patties was not included in our take out bag, thankfully we checked and had them give us our full order. We got home and discovered 3 of the 5 patties were actually chicken patties and called stating this. Nothing was done to make their right despite it being their mistake. While the food was decent the customer service was not on par. We will not be coming back here.

I had such a great experience there Saturday! Ari (the manager) came and introduced herself shortly after our food was brought out. She made sure to ask for feedback and everything was great. The food was amazing. Our server Nicole was amazing as well, she was very attentive!

If nothing else, 5 stars for the phenomenal service from my server, Nicole! She was so positive and welcoming and helpful. I asked her opinion multiple times and she was happy to offer her suggestions. Also, the MOD, Macy, stopped by to make sure I was satisfied and felt very welcome.
Atmosphere: I’m a music snob. Usually never happy with music. This place was playing festive grooves, very enjoyable and will get you in a good mood asap.
Food: I got the curry chicken. Didn’t leave a drop on my plate. All food was served very hot and fresh. Exquisite. Got the Coco bread on the side to sop up my curry and that really brought it all home. Fresh baked and piping hot. So good!!

I purchased online two meals: oxtails with white rice and steamed cabbage, the other jerk chicken with the same sides. The oxtails were sliced thin in a heavy BBQ type sauce. The cabbage was very crunchy. The ride was done well but everything else was subpar. The store front setting was adequate for the quality of food. At nearly eighty dollars with tip, the prices are a stretch as well. Because of that I will not be returning.

Mac n cheese ox tails to greasy, salty, and to much cheese. I struggled to eat half a waist of $23.00.
I was driving by and i saw a Jamaican restaurant, something i have never tried. So i took a gamble and was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. I loved it. The portions are generous. I ordered the Callaloo, Ackee and Saltfish with fried green plantains,Jerk Chicken with Jamaican rice and cabbage, and the Jamaican pastry with curry chicken. The staff were very friendly. Food came out quickly. Very little wait time. The tables are always attended to and kept clean.

I wanted to try their Oxtails so I ordered Oxtails over Mac-n-Cheese. i was disappointed when I opened my container to find what looks like 1 oxtail that had been cut into 3 pieces spread on top of the mac-n-cheese. If I had known that I would only get three thin pieces of oxtail I would have only ordered oxtails. make sure to always check your container before you leave

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. From the moment we sat down, the service was lacking. Our server seemed uninterested and barely acknowledged us after taking our order. We waited quite a while for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was only lukewarm—not exactly what you’d expect from a freshly prepared meal.
What made it worse was that no one came by to check on us. No “How’s everything tasting?” or offer to refill drinks—nothing. It felt like we were forgotten. The atmosphere had potential, but poor service and mediocre food made it hard to enjoy. Especially since this place is a bit pricey.
Disappointing overall. I hope they can make some improvements.

Absolutely delicious! First time visiting today and I'm going back tomorrow. I learned about this place today from a coworker who is from Miami by way of the Bahamas. She has a Jamaican parent and she loves this place. The flavor is absolutely on point! She told me to get the black rice but it's out of season, not to mention the tariffs. My brother has already put his order in for when I go back tomorrow. Great work Reggae Jerk Hut! See you after work tomorrow.
