The food is very good and rich! But the service is very bad, it seems that the requirement to work there as a waitress is to have a bad character and it seems that they charge you for the chips and salsa that they don't even want to give you and they barely get your order right, there is always something missing in the orders. They need to improve the service

Last week I went with my husband and sister, (our first time) of what I ordered from the menu there was neither the food nor the soft drink, the problem was not that, my sister ordered some pupusas and they came with a cockroach in the dough, in the first bite he realized, of course none of the 3 of us ate anything, even so they charged us for 1 meal and drinks! We will never return to this place it is unhealthy

I literally found a roach in my plate. Horrible service that is non existent. Avoid at all costs.
This place has gone way down hill.Went in today after a funeral and I called ahead and told them that there would be 10 of us. The waitress didn't understand English and brought the wrong drinks. Then the carbonation was out so we had to wait even longer. She never did get the drinksnright by the way. Ordered a shrimp cocktail and they brought 3 of them. Ordered our entrees after about 30 minutes after waiting to get the drinks somewhat figured out. 30 minutes later entrees starting arriving and the were all cold. 2nd bite in and my cousins found a cockroach melted into the cheese in her Chile relleno. We all left immediately and in a hurry.
