Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.

This is a really cool venue to get grab amd for shaker salads and wraps. Any salad can be a wrap. Lots of options. You select. Salad, choose a protein amd that is it. You can also customize and add things. Usually a small fee for that. Order online and.ypu go right.to drive up window when you arrive. Under 10$ for a huge salad that is sure to fill you up. Comes in a nice shaker tub...open the container put on dressing. Close container and shake for even distribution of dressing and ingredients.
Vegetarian options: It's salad so yes vegetarian options.

Wrong order... also a ton of croutons in the wrap that is basically just to fluff up the wrap and make it look bigger without using real ingredients. If this is how it's going to be, I won't be back. They get 1 more chance.

I love Salad and Go but service at this location has gone downhill. You can hear the insolence right when you pull up to the intercom. You feel unwelcome and like an annoyance for wanting to order. There is no response to “thank yous” or a smile or pleasantries at the window. It would be ok if the demeanor was kind without words but it’s just so uncomfortable. And the orders are getting messed up more often as well. Despite this being my closest location, I’ll just need to start driving out to another location.

it was horrible. the lady who served our food wasn’t wearing a hair net properly, we waited in line for over 20 mins just for her to tell us we are in the wrong line and to pull around to the mobile pick up line ( which would be fine because my mistake ) but the mobile line was massive and had to wait an extra 25 mins. the whole building is literally 15 feet long she could’ve easily wrang me out on the mobile pick up register but didn’t. absolutely horrible service and will be telling everyone to avoid this and any other salad and go establishment.
I love to eat here! Food is great and healthy, but every time i’ve come here i’ve been disappointed with the service. It takes a lot for me to complain but the consistency pushed me to do so. They workers are quite rude when giving you your food. Also i’ve seen a girl through the window pick at her finger nails throwing them on the floor which DISGUSTED me. They ARE teenagers working there so I understand they may not know professional behavior but maybe that would be a good talk to have with staff! I do love this place, this is just my constructional criticism!

This salad place is soooooo good! This was my first time visiting this franchise. I was very impressed! The menu is simple. Choose from the descriptions (I got the spicy Jalapeno Ranch spicy and also a Cobb...then choose your protein! Shake it up, ENJOY!!! Salads are $6.79 each. Kids salad $3, huge breakfast burrito $3.35 The portions are large. The only downside is no soda, but they do have specialty fruity drinks coffee and and tea all for $1.49
