I was craving tortilla soup something fierce so I typed in “best tortilla soup near me” into Google and Salata popped up as an option. I used to go all the time and remember it was such a delicious salad. I saw they had tortilla soup and I was sold.
Let me just say that was the most disappointing experience and salad I’ve ever had. I didn’t even end up getting the soup because it literally looked burnt and like it had been sitting in that container for a long time. The salad was $15 for a SMALL. Ridiculously overpriced and way too small of a portion. I remember the salads being huge and reasonably priced. Very disappointing and I will not be returning.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars , But the limit is 5 , highly recommend if your looking for a tasty Healthy lunch,dinner,snack , SALATA is the spot to go. Very Clean environment, nice staff,in and out pretty quick ,easy to select menu with all kinds of different veggies,meats,toppings, breads and much more. I had a late dinner & stopped by and got my favorite Salad ? . I allways look for Mr Gomez , Ruben the GM takes care of my order and knows exactly what I want . I've gone several times allready and recommend SALATA when ever Anyone asks whts good around. Can't wait to come back to mix and match another beautiful delicious ? salad

Constantly: they hand off an incomplete order. Missing cookies. Missing plastic ware when it is selected on the order. Missing pita chips. Crazy thing is they are NEVER busy when the order is wrong. Just an utter lack of care, attention to detail and customer service. Like just read the online order and fill the bag with what was requested. NOT HARD. Regret that I tip every time to make it all the way home with a wrong order. Gonna have to take my business to Salad and Go.

Ridiculously over priced. 42 dollars for two wraps. They show 10 dollars for a wrap and somehow it turned into 42 dollars. No sides at all, 5 dollars for two clear cups????? Take your self somewhere else. Food isn’t even good to be 42 dollars. Mediocre food, don’t come here. Disappointed.

Everything was great until I got to the cashier. Very dismissive and rude. I’ve came here a couple other times with no problem, great customer service. But this time the girl with the two French braids served me. I tried to start small talk and she ignored me which would have been fine until she started straight up trying to make me feel stupid. I saw her put food from the counter back into my salad and I asked to get a replacement. She started talking back instead of making a solution. Just found it a bit disrespectful
