We had Gloria today as our server and she was the absolute BEST!! She has a fun personality and doesn't miss a single detail. The food was great and the restaurant was clean too, but honestly, she made it so much more enjoyable!

Our experience was almost ruined by the hostess. We had a reservation but the event we had before going to the restaurant finish mych earlier then expected. We head over to the restaurant an hour earlier then then set reservation initially we we told no problem since the place was fairly empty however she late us waiting for over an hour. When we asked about being seated the hostess was rude and and hateful. We had to get the manager involved in order to be seated
We had rib eye which were cooked medium rare but they were tough and dry
It will be a good minute before we give them another chance

My mom and I went to Saltgrass today and had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, Jacquelyn. She was incredibly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. She brought out our drinks right away and ensured we always had fresh bread. Jacquelyn had a constant smile on her face and a very positive attitude.

This has been my all time favorite and go to for a good steak or especially the prime rib. Sadly the last 2 times we've been it was a bit disappointing. Food not as good, service not as good and managers who do not appear to care overly except for getting diners in and out. What a shame. We no longer live close by - it's now a 45 minute trip but we've made it for the experiences we remember. We'll have to reconsider in the future.

$18.99 for a small salad? Ordered the Hill Country Salad. Used to be much much bigger. Been years since I have been there. Still a delicious salad, but $18.99 for a salad with maybe 2 chicken strips in it is absolutely ridiculous. 😔

Our server was on top of things. Very friendly server. My steak was grizzly, server and manager Jerry picked out steak cut, was delicious, tender! Love seeing all server helping each other.
Simply the best. The staff and management at this, Saltgrass make it the best in the area. Trust me, I’ve tried them all. Danielle, Jessica, Matt and the entire crew are phenomenal. The Management and kitchen staff staff are happy to accommodate special requests and the results are consistently outstanding!

I am from the east coast and fly into Dallas. I always eat at the McKinney restaurant. I was so disappointed. I always look forward to the shrimp cocktail. No shrimp cocktail. I ordered your porterhouse. Sure did look and tasted like a tbone. I ordered agu sauce. They were out @ 4pm . Your restaurant has gone so down hill. Am sad to say I’ll never eat there again. You could do a lot better!
