Ordered delivery. Of the 8 items ordered, only 2 were received. Called the store and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Tried to call back and no one answered. Called the main customer service number and was hung up on.

When I went through self check out. The drinks weren’t ringing up as the sign said. I asked for help but instead the self checkout woman wanted to get an attitude with me. When I told her about the discount sign. She proceeded to scan the drinks and it was ringing up as the normal $17. She said, “yeah that’s what it’s ringing up as. Look at the date on the sign. It’s pasted the date!” No, if the sign is still there it should be honored. I had to go back to the back and take a picture for proof. I was fine with trying to show her what I saw. She went to get someone to look at it and put a code in. I am assuming a manger. Even she was rude. They will speak to you in an unprofessional way and treat you as if you’re wrong and stupid. They seem so bothered to help the customer.

Who “Not me” Cares

Truck driver posting, terribly slow to deliver to. They are alloted 1 hour to offload but constantly take 2 to 3 hours to offload. Receiver's are painfully slow. Paint honestly dries faster. They are nice people but drag to get you offloaded.

The staff at this Sam's Club is always kind and helpful w a smile on their faces. I really appreciate how efficiently running the store is. My youngest (14) loves to try the different samples they offer and has always been treated respectfully when shopping without me. The only partial negative would be the configuration of their gas station. It's a tight fit for larger vehicles and bring disabled, I need help fueling. Often, I have to call the store coz the"gas guy" isn't responding.

Sam's, we have a problem. I brought my truck in to get the tires rotated and balanced. I went to ne seated on the waiting area and noticed there was no coffee. Everyone knows it is standard etiquette to have coffee for your patrons that are waiting. Every car shop has coffee to offer.Okay, so I go to the Cafe'. You know, the small shop that sells light meals and drinks. Guess what, no coffee. Seriously, what is the first thing you think of when you hear the word cafe'? We need to do better Sam's. We need a more complete and polished customer experience. At the very least proper etiquette.

Love that this place is not always a madhouse. Attentive employees. Look online before you shop to make sure items are in stock.

This store doesn't seem to have as many items as other locations. Their produce isn't fresh we always see many packages with molding or going bad produce. Twice we have gotten home and found our meat packages punctured and the meat spoiled within 24 hrs.

I hate to leave a bad review because I love the availability at this location. However, the delivery service has me pretty frustrated. This is the third or fourth time the driver has placed my groceries directly outside my front door. How on earth am I supposed to bring them in when I can't even open the door?!?
