Horrible place and terrible coffee. Also their customer service for the app is horrible to. They lie about a welcome offer but don’t even give it to you. Do not go here! Got to Dutch bros or black rock instead!

Staff hiding out in back. And this is not the first time experiencing this. Food and drinks always good. They could be present and maybe wiping down tables…
Had to yell to get their attention to order and after making our order they disappeared to the back to remain unseen while we ate.

Went all the way there to get a PB Power shake… my go to drink at Scooters… and the guy working there said “no, he’s washing the stuff..” can I order a different drink?

So I just left with nothing and had to drive all the way home lol. Won’t go there again.

I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location. I ordered a large redbull with red raspberry, coconut, and heavy cream— which I get every time just at other locations. When I got my drink it instantly tasted off, I circled back around and they told me they are sure they made it right, and that they used a tropical can of redbull. I told them I did not want the tropical redbull, just the regular once, hence the way I ordered it. If I had wanted a tropical redbull I would have said tropical redbull. I said I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I would like this to be remade, as it is not what I paid $8 for. She proceeded to tell me she would have to charge me. I’ve never heard of a place messing up my order and then making me pay for the new one. Mind you, this entire time she seemed extremely inconvenienced and annoyed. This is extremely disappointing, I’ll stick with the other locations.

The barista (Cass) was working by herself!!! Literally the ONLY PERSON THERE! And she was awesome! She made our drinks perfectly and pretty quick actually. Definitely recommend.

We came here 3 times while in Texas visiting my mother. The drinks were delicious and the staff were so nice. I got the carmelicious frozen and iced with almond milk. My wife got smoothies. I also tried the pretzel sticks with cheese. Highly recommend everything. I put one of their cute little stickers on my water bottle. Can’t wait to come back on my next visit.
