The coffee is watered down and the ones with flavor have too much sugar. This is not a real coffee spot I do not recommend if you're a coffee guru.

The location in Melissa was all sorts of messed up. No location to find the establishment at all, doesn't answer phones. When I came here confused about what location has my order at this point, they were kind enough to make my order. The customer service is amazing and the people are kind.

We went in after a morning walk at Bonnie Wenk Park on a chilly morning. We ordered medium coffee and small hot chocolate. Even though we were the only ones in the store,it took them really long to make the hot chocolate, whilst other customers walked in. Then my SO's hot chocolate tasted really weird. They called out for another caramel latte meanwhile. I can't help but think they mixed up our orders. I checked with the barista about what they put in the hot chocolate since it tasted really different, they said it was just chocolate syrup and milk. My SO threw away her $4 hot chocolate because they didn't want to admit they mixed up the orders.Coffee was not good either, not going back!

Drove here at 6:20am for no one to answer the phone while we waited in the drive thru, even though someone was clearly in the back. If you aren't open at 6am change your hours posting.

Delicious drinks and croissant sandwiches. I liked the high backs on the booths that provided privacy while studying.

We LOVE this place! We have been going there for almost 10 years & it is like our Cheers! The current store manager, Roxanne, is FABULOUS & the regional manager, Haleigh, is PHENOMENAL! Pretty consistent, even with the weird drinks we order!

Got a really rude teen girl this morning at the window with black hair tied up make up and wearing a grey sweatshirt. Honestly it's sad because I was a regular there. They knew my order by heart guess I'm not going anymore if they r going to staff rude teens they don't give a crap about the job. Truthfully MANAGEMENT/STORE OWNER should really take a reality check and look at who they r keeping on and who they don't because I have been seeing less and less of they GOOD WORKING employees since day one. Tragic they place will start going down hill if they keep the wrong people employed...............

Just driving up to this place gave me a smile. There were a wide range of drinks and sweets to choose from. The staff was super friendly and service makes or breaks a place for me. The drink tasted like chocolate milk at first sip, but once I continued to drink it, I could definitely taste the coffee flavor. It was very sweet. The cookie was so warm and just the right amount of gooey. I will certainly come back to try more. Scooters might be my new go to coffee shop.
