There are no kids menu items at all so we had to order large adult size portions for our two small children.
Otherwise the food and shakes are really good. more on the pricey side, if you’re coming here with a family.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time as always dining in. This time around we ordered with Caleb the cashier whom was very welcoming and had some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a very long time. Shake Shack was so good! The burgers were juicy and tasted like really high-quality meat — you can definitely tell the difference. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The shakes were amazing too, super rich and delicious and honestly the perfect complement to the burgers. The only downside is that it’s a little pricey — we paid over $50 for two people — but the quality of the food made it worth it. Overall, a great experience and a well-deserved 5 stars! 🍔🥤✨

This was my first time ever to try Shake Shack. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! You are extremely limited on how you can order your burger, and the sparse burger meat literally had no flavor whatsoever. When I received my bagged order, I thought I had the wrong order. It looked like I had two children's meals in my bag!! Their burgers are so small (and my order was for double-patties) and so are their portions for fries. I paid over $35 for awful food and small portions. NEVER buying from this place again! The only positive experience was their staff--so very polite and professional for being so young! They were a pleasure to speak with!! Since I went through the drive-through, I did not rate their atmosphere.

We went to this place for a quick bite. They had a good selection of burgers. I ordered a French onion burger and my husband ordered a gluten free one. He also ordered an ice tea. Food was good but not extraordinary. Ambiance was good and it wasn’t that crowded when we went. The restroom wasn’t well maintained. I would recommend this place only if you want fast food on the go.

I love shake shack! I had it in Vegas and have missed it. I was so exciting when driving through McKinney. I had to stop. My whole family loved it and we all agree we wish we had a location close to home. My kids who never seem to finish their food ate every bit. The burgers were so fresh and perfectly prepared. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. The chicken bites were large and tasty. The restaurant had great parking and was very clean inside. We didn’t wait a long time for food considering it was made fresh. I can’t wait for my next trip though Texas so I can return.

For the prices you are charging you should be making the food how we want it not giving us sauce packets on the side. Pretty standard for someone to want mustard or ketchup on their burger. If McDonald's or Wendy's can make it how we order for 1/3rd of the price, no reason you can't.
