Many have shared that they try their best to support Black businesses, and I share that sentiment. To gain YOUR CUSTOMERS' trust and unwaivering patronage, you must do a couple of things: Be open when you're supposed to be open and greet each customer as if you completely depend on them. Attitude matters when you are dealing with customers.

I would not be surprised if this place was closed down in six months to a year. Terrible service, high priced menu options, and obliviousness to the environment they are in will be their downfall.

Hopefully, they take in the feedback and make some changes ASAP!

The food and service was amazing! The mild sauce was just like the sauce in Chicago and the portions were large. Will be back!

Had been putting off trying because of the price but decided to splurge today. I put in an online order an hour after they opened.
$22.57 for a Philly and fries, no drink. I went to pick it up 15 minutes later and the doors were locked... I sat and waited for a while and saw no activity inside. Phone goes straight to a mailbox that is not set up. Shogies ate my money and my lunch break and I ate nothing.

I really wanted to like this place (highly recommended) and was hoping to make it one of my go to spots. I live over 30 mins away. I get there they don’t have what I want, okay cool decided to try something else. I got The Shed which is almost $17 dollars for just a sandwich. The sandwich is supposed to have catfish and jumbo shrimp. Well my sandwich had NO shrimp. I let the young lady know I didn’t have shrimp on my sandwich and she told me my sandwich did have shrimp because she put the last 4 shrimp on my sandwich. So I guess I don’t know what shrimp are now.
My husband and I spent over $40 on lunch. A family of five into the restaurant. They were not properly greeted. They stood there waiting for one of the two young ladies working to came back and take their order. They never did! The family left without getting food. That was at least a hundred dollars. I would love for this place to be successful but this isn’t the way to do it. I hope you get some good help.

This was terrible. I ordered the polish dog, and it was not even griled. It was microwaved. There was so much sauce that the bun was soggy and torn apart. Never going back, I mean never.

I went into this amazing restaurant the other day I ordered a Philly cheese steak it was decent I prefer it better when the old staff worked the lemonade was great my only concern is the man that worked there had a really bad attitude and the girl taking my order look stressed out and he was giving her attitude and she still ignored him even though he talked to her crazy I really hope he finds a better work spirit. I love shoagies and the food is good I do recommend.

Horrible food, horrible customer service.. I miss the funnel cake place that used to be at this location. The owner has made it such a ghetto experience.

I heard a lot about this place I really wanted the Taurus Flavor steak but they didn't have the Ribeye. The onions were not grilled on the Maxwell polish. The Catfish and shrimp sandwiched was good. The Gyro was good just needed more sauce. I'm from Chicago so I know exactly how it's supposed to be I'm going back for the steak Supreme so they can raise this review up

We had the Philly, D-rose, Chicago fire. All were delish. Definitely will come back, gotta try the sausage one. Hubby was impressed with the fixins on the D-rose, pickled jalapenos, carrots, celery.

Food was very good. The cashier and other employees communicated very well throughout our wait. The restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was okay. Really didn't care for how loud the television was because the programming and language wasn't necessarily kid friendly, however not a deal breaker. Would definitely go again.
