Smoothie King - Blending Soon

I was very happy when you all opened back up so that I come every day on my break. I bypass a Smoothie King in Prosper to come to this location every day. I get a smoothie 5-6 times a week. Since the new hire customer service have went all the way down. I'm not hard to please but when you spend a lot of money you deserve good service. One day I was over charged they couldn't do nothing about because nobody knew how to do a refund, next day a young lady didn't scan my points and she threw my receipt away so that was a loss, today she over charged me and nobody in the damn store knew how to do a refund. They all was standing around looking clueless, damn near had to snap out before someone make my smoothie like it wasn't paid for. You all really need to do better with training because they don't know shit sad to say.

Tony was amazing and gave 5 star service. I like my smoothies thick and he delivered while giving me a few smoothie tips. I will continue to frequent this smoothie king. Thank you for the positive experience

I’ve been coming here since it’s reopened and has new owners. The atmosphere, service and overall customer experience is great. I always look forward to just walking in and receiving my order. 🤗❤️

Awesome service and kind staff. Tried gut health papaya, mango and ginger. Tasted refreshing and yum.

Go to another location. This location is lazy and doesn't even have the decency to let you know they are too lazy to fix what you order. This has happened 2x in the last week. Still haven't received my refund for the first time they didn't send my full order. Then they make excuses. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR DIFFERENT SPOT SO TOGETHER IT HAS TO BE BETTER THAN THIS.

Smoothie king in general has the best açaí bowls. My first time at this location and the girl with the long lashes just now didn’t even make any eye contact with me. I mentioned I couldn’t remember which bowl I had with the peanut butter and she didn’t respond as she was texting. After a long pause, I asked for her recommendation. Still without any eye contact, she responds, “it depends.”I remember these bowls being stuffed, but she serves the bowl a third portion with zero presentation. I’m not the type to give employees that make your food a hard time. We all know how that can go. But man this is my first disappointment ever at a smoothie king. But I will admit, the bowl was still pretty damn good. But sucks I’ll gotta drive to another smoothie king to order another bowl to get stuffed from an appropriate portion.

Dont know what they did but the smoothie was not made correctly. It gave me terrible stomach cramps and caused me to nuke the toilet.
