I went here with my daughter and we ordered 2 smoothies. With the.99 enhancement I ordered, each should have been 8 dollars and 7 dollars. I was originally charged 21. When I questioned it the worker claimed she thought I ordered 3 separate smoothies cause it was misunderstood I wanted the add on. I was then charged a total of 18. 18 for two smoothies or 21 for 3 obviously doesn't make sense either. I didn't say anything and paid it, but certainly realized what was done. I hope charging me unjustifiably to get a couple dollars extra for a tip is worth the negative review. Would have tipped well on my own if I was not deceived and the service was good.

Went to grab a smoothie bowl afte my workout with my daughters. The girl at the counter had a bad attitude and messed up my order and didn't offer to make it right. That was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was starving and lost my appetite immediately after hearing she thought I was mispronouncing my order so she gave me a smoothie that spunds nothing like the bowl i ordered. She SHOULD have clarified then. Not ruin my night and not make it right. If a customer is irritated you need to handle them better. Offer to make it right immediately, not argue about your mistake then do nothing about it. Lost a customer over lack of customer service.

My daughter and I went to the Smoothie King on 1920 Eldorado Pkwy, Ste. 700, McKinney, TX 75069 after a long day.I ordered the Power Meal Blue Raspberry meal replacement & she ordered the Metabolism Strawberry Pineapple. The service was quick & accurate, & we loved the friendliness of our server, Molly! We enjoyed exchanging stories & finding common interests, & our smoothies were very delicious & satisfying. We both look forward to frequenting Smoothie King! She also offered their APP to save us money, which we appreciate.
