Micah Gray made me the most horrible Go Go Goji crunch bowl ever. I paid for extra granola and didn’t receive it. My bowl was giving to me melted and I waited 15mins for it. Him and his coworkers gossiped about there other team members, someone’s hours being lowered, and how the drawer was short. If he is there he does not need to make my bowl!!!

HUGE shout out to Micah! We came in at 7pm and Ethan looked at us but did NOT say ONE WORD! He COMPLETELY IGNORED US but Micah came out from the back and realized what Ethan was (or I should say WASN'T doing) and stepped up to actually help us not only take our orders but he made them as well! Micah is a very pleasant young man and he did a GREAT job making smoothies for us! Really don't know what Ethan's problem was but again- we want to give a HUGE shout out to Micah! Thank you!

Every time I do a mobile order for pick up I add extra granola and banana to my order. When I arrive to pick it up I always have to tell them to add the extra because they didn’t. It happens at this location every time.

I went today to get my Smoothie Friday special. But on this Friday at this location I paid full price. When I ask about the employee About it. I was told this location dosen't honor that evey Friday. I was surprised. I got my 32oz paid full price and It was great. I'm just confused is the special no longer available. Or do it just find another location.

Wonderful place. C Good food and great team. Shout out to this one worker. Micah as well. He worked hard and I got my smoothie in about 2 minutes. He was nice and he greeted me too at the door.

Came in @5:50p, only a line for customers waiting on their orders. Stood 1st in line at the register for 15m without being greeted or acknowledged. The 2 workers were swamped, but still..maybe a simple "Hi, we'll be right with you" would have sufficed.

My acaci bowl was completely frozen. Never been to a smoothie king or any smoothie place for that matter where an acaci bowl came frozen. Agree with other reviews where employees need to be retrained or have further training.
