Sonic is… decent these days. The drinks are still the star of the show ✨🥤 — I love the Route 44 Cherry Limeade 🍒🍋🟩. They still know how to make a good drink! 😋💯
But the food quality? Yeah… it’s gone way down the tubes 😕🍔⬇️. Nothing terrible, but definitely not what it used to be.
Still a solid spot if you’re craving a drink run, but don’t expect the food to blow your mind. 😬

I just called to ask too ask what time they closed. The phone rang and they answered it then hung up. I called back a girl answered as if it was her personal phone didn’t even say hi sonic. She very rudely answers says barely hello then I ask hey just calling to see what time y’all close and she stays quiet then rudely says 12:00 then I was about to thank her but she hung up on me right away. I still had a question for her about if they are doing any DISCOUNTS for VETERAN’S on VETERANS DAY. Again these EMPLOYEES NEED RETRAINING y’all don’t OWN SONIC y’all REPRESENT & WORK for them. If y’all don’t LIKE your JOB maybe you should find new EMPLOYMENT. Way to TREAT YOUR VETERANS SONIC & any other POOR CUSTOMER that comes across these people. Too the OWNER if you want to here these recordings on how RUDE your STAFF is which REPRESENTS YOU I have them. I ordered a Tender Burger, and it was easily the worst sandwich I've had in Dallas—possibly all of Texas. Despite only three cars ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to prepare. Within 10 minutes of eating it, I felt nauseous and had stomach discomfort. Definitely not a place I’d recommen

I had such a wonderful experience at Sonic during my recent visit! From the moment I arrived, the employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their positive attitude and genuine smiles made me feel appreciated as a customer right away.
The service was quick and organized, and you could tell the team worked well together to make sure every order was handled with care. My food arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared — everything tasted delicious! It’s not often that fast food feels this fresh and well-made, but this location absolutely delivered.
It’s clear that the staff takes pride in their work and truly values their customers. Great service, great food, and a great atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!

My chili cheese dog was not the quality I'm use to from Sonic. Not enough chili and the cheese was overpowering. Also if we're only going to receive 1 marinara with an order of mozz sticks, the packet could be bigger. There's not enough in that small container for the entire serving
Don't get the breakfast burritos here! So soaked in grease and gross could only choke down half. Sick for two hours till I puked my brain out. 🤢🤮 I never want to go to sonic again. 🤢 Came here to order a BOGO entree on my app and they turned off online ordering early.

Kid-friendliness: There is not a place to play. Just a small area to sit and it's not very big
I waited for almost 30 minutes to get my food and I had to check in several times. Fast food should not take 30 minutes to receive your order.

This Sonic has only whip cream pup cups. We prefer the ice cream kind. I bought single cups of ice cream for double the pup cup price.

Just came back from there and had my whole order wrong and when I asked for a plane burger they gave me everything on it and I’m allergic I threw it all away I the service it sucks
