I saw alot of rodents outside of their establishment. I canceled my order because it made me so uncomfortable. The worker that brought my food was very kind and understanding.

Love the servers, but this location has a dozen broken screens. When it doesn't take your credit card, that slows you down. And one screen will charge you $33.41 cents for a $3 item. I am told Corporate will not invest in repairs or replacements. It's a shame because this is handy for me, but I will choose another location from now on.

So I came here as a Sonic closer to me just let me down for the final time and oh my goodness the difference is night and day. This place is aesthetically beautiful, has great shade, quick service, decent pricing, good food, and get this!So I pull in and give my order. I can't really understand the dude in the machine and he can't understand me. Immediately he exits the restaurant and walks over to the car to apologize, explain he can't hear due to the wind blowing into the mic, and take my order personally. This is a place that takes customer service seriously holy cow. I just expected to talk into a machine and actually get my food this time but this place goes above and beyond. Yeah it's still Sonic Drive in so it's not gourmet but who cares they treat their customers exceptional.
