I’ve been coming to this Sonic for several months with no issue & pleasant interactions, until one day last week, I received the wrong food. I pushed the button again, they brought out my food, but it was cold. I ordered a med. groovy fry, soft twist pretzel, and a large cherry coke. My typical happy hour order. The 3rd time I pushed the button, as they didn’t give me a cheese sauce & I wanted fresh fries, they immediately turned off the service button. No answer. I got out of my car and walked inside to ask for a cheese sauce because I was pretty much over it and ready to leave at this point. I let the young man know what was missing, & he proceeded to argue with me by saying how I would be charged for a cheese sauce, before ultimately just handing me a cheese sauce for my pretzel. Now, any other Sonic I’ve been to, provides the cheese sauce at NO cost. I’d appreciate some clarification if this locations DOES or DOES NOT charge for cheese sauce, as I’ve never been charged for a cheese sauce at this location in the past. Also would like to say, I appreciate the hard work those folks do, however, the rudeness has really got to stop. The guy didn’t need to argue me down about a cheese sauce. I give second chances as this may not have been the best day, but c’mon! What’s a soft pretzel WITHOUT the cheese sauce?! DRY, that’s what. -Cheesy Regards

Service was terrible. They got our order wrong and when we let them know there was an issue they argued stating we did not order what we said we ordered. There were multiple people in the car to attest that we did in fact get the wrong order. We left and did not care to have a debate. Would not recommend. Save your time, money, and energy and pick a different location.

This Sonic Drive-In has evolved, not into a convenient snack hub, but into a caricature of a bus stop masquerading as suburban drive-through paradise. Instead of enjoying tater tots with discipline, you find yourself in the middle of a cultural transit point—families in conversation circles, smartphone video diaries in progress, and car engines idling like ceremonial horns. The air carries a blend of chai vapor, leftover masala from a street vendor’s sampler, and fryer oil, as if they bottled carnival atmosphere and charged per ounce.

The staff, bless them, uphold caloric protocols—seminar-level punctuality in taking orders and delivering shakes—but none of the elegance or composure you'd expect in any self-respecting culinary establishment.

A Sonic should feel nostalgic, imbued with Americana. Here, nostalgia is filtered through Instagram stories, engine idling, and outer-ring families filling the parking lot and sidewalks.

They changed the app so that you have to apply the half price drinks discount. So when I forget it makes me angry at myself and sonic. So when I drive by I think that's the place that makes me angry, good bye. Don't need that in my life. There is a Chick-fil-A somewhere.

I cannot tell you how HORRIBLE this location is. The customer service is ABISMAL! The manager who said his name was Jose, shut down the mobile ordering app OVER an hour before they closed. Well, they don’t accept any type of tap to pay, so they advised me to pull around and use the mobile app. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged me in the mobile app line. So I pulled around again and he told me they turned the app off on me. So at midnight, I went to the bank next to them and got cash - I came back at 12:10 and then they tell me they are already cleaned the grill and shut the grill down so I could only order SNACKS and drinks. So I ask him 5x what “snacks they are offering” and he basically refused to tell me. He said “look at the menu” - when I already looked at the menu, ordered a burger and he said there was no grill. Again this is an hour before closing! Finally I decide to order some fries and onion rings, as I am waiting for them to come out, they turned off all the lights on me! WHY are there signs out saying you’re open until 1:00 AM when you refuse service to customers FAR before 1:00? THE MANAGER should not be allowed to shut the store down or the grill down early. Absolutely terrible service.
