Come here often mostly for drinks and this location is fairly consistent which I greatly appreciate. This time our car hop was Patrick, and he was very nice and helpful. It's always nice to have a nice person bring out your food and have a good chat. Thank you, Patrick! :)

Haven't been here in a while because of past experiences, but I decided to give it a try today. Wow! The quality of food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and quick! It looks like they have a whole new staff and it shows in every area from service to the food!

Waited for nearly 30 minutes for my order, and when it was finally brought out to my car, everything was lukewarm! The onion rings were soggy, as if they'd been cooked and bagged for a long time and the steam made them lose their crispiness. This is my fourth and FINAL visit to this location, as it appears that the management here doesn't care about providing good service or good food. I will drive to Custer Road from now on -- that location is consistently good.

From the moment I placed my order, Mariah was cheerful, polite, and genuinely engaged. She was attentive to detail, ensuring my order was taken accurately and even double-checking a modification to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. When my food was delivered, it was quick, hot, and presented perfectly. What truly set the experience apart was Mariah's positive attitude. She handled the transaction with remarkable efficiency and a warm smile, making me feel valued as a customer. In an age where great service can be hit-or-miss, Mariah is a true star and a fantastic representative for the Sonic brand. Management should recognize her for setting such a high standard for customer interaction. I will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you, Mariah!
