TL;DR: RUDE, BAD FOOD – AVOID THIS LOCATION
Ordered for a family of 5, asked twice for ketchup for the kids—was told it was included. Got one packet. Asked again, was told I’d have to pay for more. When I pushed back, they refused service and hung up on me. All over ketchup. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and terrible service. This place just lost a loyal customer and a lot of future business.

Just got their Groovy Fries this afternoon. These are the worst fries I have ever had from any restaurant or fast food place ever....I'd give 0 stars if I could. Hard as a Rick and taste like 1 week old burnt oil..just nasty.

Fifty minutes to get my order of one strawberry cheesecake master shake one bacon ranch queso wrap and one corn dog. The shake and corn dog was fine but the wrap was tiny, cold and made wrong. Very upset.

Placed order, when order was dropped off, two items were missing. Pressed button, explained that two items were missing, was told they would bring items right out. After sitting for 12 minutes, pressed button again and said we are still waiting for our items. Then items were brought out, and the server apologized that he forgot about us.

Milkshakes, burgers, tots are tasty. Service is usually quick but we requested ketchup and they didnt give even after 30 mins. Bad service at this particular location.

A number of their red buttons don't work. They light up and say they'll be right with you, but they'll just time out after 10 minutes. They aren't marked as out of order or mobile order only. Tonight I had the misfortune to discover 2 different stalls that didn't work (#1 & #6). After waiting for about 25 minutes one of the staff came by asking if I was waiting on a mobile order. She let me know stall #2's button would work. The food was ok but the order was a bit wrong. I didn't feel like trying to get it fixed.
The management of this store really needs to improve and they are lucky to have fairly friendly staff to mitigate some of this store's issues. How hard is it to put an out of order for non-mobile orders sign up on stalls that aren't working? I'd run into this issue some months back but had forgotten as I don't go to this particular location much.
