Ordered a a #3 and #10 for $26.79 and came out in 5 min. Everything was soaked in grease and burnt, like they just threw it back in the fryer because they were too lazy to make it fresh. Save your money!!

I asked for “two small mixers, one Oreo and one peanut butter cup”. I was asked, how many, what sizes, and that they didn’t have peanut butter cup mixers. I pulled up a literal photo of their menu and showed them they had the item and he told me no you’re thinking of the turtle because it has PBC in it……. Not returning

Absolutely the WORST sonic! Cold food, so much mayo we had to trash the sandwiches, brown lettuce, fry container not even half full, no napkins, no receipt, no straws. FIND A DIFFERENT ONE TO GO TO!!

Came here at 11:15a and ordered 2 combo meals. Sat waiting for about 10 minutes and by the time they brought the order out, it was wrong. Took them another 20 minutes to correct it when all I needed was for them to just bring the correct sandwich out. By the time the next order was brought out, the order was still wrong. There was little to no business at this time and I completely get why there wasn’t. This location is only good for drinks it seems.

TL;DR: RUDE, BAD FOOD – AVOID THIS LOCATION
Ordered for a family of 5, asked twice for ketchup for the kids—was told it was included. Got one packet. Asked again, was told I’d have to pay for more. When I pushed back, they refused service and hung up on me. All over ketchup. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and terrible service. This place just lost a loyal customer and a lot of future business.

Just got their Groovy Fries this afternoon. These are the worst fries I have ever had from any restaurant or fast food place ever....I'd give 0 stars if I could. Hard as a Rick and taste like 1 week old burnt oil..just nasty.
Fifty minutes to get my order of one strawberry cheesecake master shake one bacon ranch queso wrap and one corn dog. The shake and corn dog was fine but the wrap was tiny, cold and made wrong. Very upset.

Placed order, when order was dropped off, two items were missing. Pressed button, explained that two items were missing, was told they would bring items right out. After sitting for 12 minutes, pressed button again and said we are still waiting for our items. Then items were brought out, and the server apologized that he forgot about us.
