Placed order, when order was dropped off, two items were missing. Pressed button, explained that two items were missing, was told they would bring items right out. After sitting for 12 minutes, pressed button again and said we are still waiting for our items. Then items were brought out, and the server apologized that he forgot about us.

A number of their red buttons don't work. They light up and say they'll be right with you, but they'll just time out after 10 minutes. They aren't marked as out of order or mobile order only. Tonight I had the misfortune to discover 2 different stalls that didn't work (#1 & #6). After waiting for about 25 minutes one of the staff came by asking if I was waiting on a mobile order. She let me know stall #2's button would work. The food was ok but the order was a bit wrong. I didn't feel like trying to get it fixed.
The management of this store really needs to improve and they are lucky to have fairly friendly staff to mitigate some of this store's issues. How hard is it to put an out of order for non-mobile orders sign up on stalls that aren't working? I'd run into this issue some months back but had forgotten as I don't go to this particular location much.

This sonic unfortunately is garbage. The hot dogs taste like they were microwaved for 5 seconds, and literally never fail to forget parts of the order. Although the workers are typically kind when I’ve had to come back for my missing items.

I had quiet not so good experience with this sonic but i have had it. Your staff was very disrespectful and could not listen. They took a long time for my order and messed it up 3 times and brought me the wrong food. Im never coming back to this sonic.

THIS SONIC NEEDS SEVERE HELP. This was my second time going and both times was awful. Food came out quick however, the tator tots were so cold n dried up, the hot dog was like leather.. the fries were also cold n old.
