I usually have a good experience with this and all locations but this made me laugh! Finish my large coke and took lid off to enjoy the ice, and there at the bottom of the cup was the nozzle to the soda machine! I guess the nozzle added some extra flavor because the coke was good! If u want the nozzle back, let me know! I did call but the phone sounded weird and the employee answered the phone with a hello!

May 2024 update: upgrading my 1 star review to 4 stars. This sonic has been through new management a few times in the past year and I think they finally have people working here that get it! They know how to run a successful sonic and the changes are noticeable! Thank you!!
