Americano double shots waked me up, not only by it’s taste but also smell which is quite different from what I have had before. Awesome aromatic, anyone visiting the historic McKinney has to try it.
Spoons Cafe is in the heart of McKinney's charming town square. There are a few tables outside but we opted to sit inside. I was seated right away. My friend ordered the Spoons Rueben 1/2 sandwich with Jicama slaw as her side. I ordered the Ham It Up whole sandwich on gluten free bread with fries as my side. I should have ordered the 1/2 sandwich! It was delicious and was huge. The fries were made in the restaurant and were quite good. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal...
First time to try - we got the chips & salsa w/queso, salmon dinner, comfort cup with meatloaf, and key lime pie & triple chocolate cheesecake. All the food was delicious, and the waitstaff was very attentive. The only ‘complaint’ was that the table was sticky but they did their best to wipe it off.
