Starbucks

This Starbucks is one of my favorite spots—clean, relaxing, and a great place to get work done or just take a break. The atmosphere is always inviting, and the coffee is consistently great.

One aspect that really makes my time here special is Addy. She’s warm, friendly, and just has this amazing way of making you feel welcome. Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink or hanging out for a while, Addy makes the experience even better. The only thing better than the coffee is getting to chat with her. Love this spot and will continue coming back!

This is the best Starbucks anywhere! Especially in Mckinney Tx they always really make you feel Welcome with asking about your day. It reminded me going to an old time store with my Grandfather!

Lady ringing orders, 3pm on Sunday 2/23 very rude, thought she was all that and didn't want to do anything. I brought in my own cup, guess she hates Chicago, she refused to use my cup. Will not be back at this location

Kennedy did a phenomenal job today. She has great customer service skills! The conversation was engaging, she seems to really enjoy working there, and she made my coffee to perfection. I go out and spend my hard earned money with hopes to meet amazing people as herself. Keep up the great job!

Nicole is fabulous. Nice, professional, and made my drink perfectly A+. My drink order is complex for some, but she made it to perfection. May seem trivial, but when your order gets messed up so much it’s refreshing to have it made perfectly the first time. Thank you!

For not having drive thru service. The staff at this particular location are the slowest I've ever experienced. Management needs to hire more staff in the morning weekdays

This has always been my go to starbucks since it’s conveniently close to my job ! All of the baristas are great ! Miss Taryn (i hope i spelled that correctly) helped me out when my order was incorrect & was super sweet !

Waited 15 minutes for 2 Americanos. It was not busy. There was just NO urgency amongst the 3 batistas. When we got them, they were literally lukewarm, as if I let sit for an hour b4 drinking. When I asked for them to be hot, the batista just said there wasn't a way unless she made new ones (clearly an inconvenience) and that since it was just hot water and espresso they're was nothing she could do. What if I had ordered it extra hot? How would they have done it??!!
Because I didn't have another 15 minutes to wait, I took my overpriced lukewarm coffee and left.

I go to Starbucks nearly every day!.... and all over the country. This was the only time EVER I've been told I couldn't get a hot cup of coffee from them.

I ordered on the app maybe five minutes before I would arrive, and when I showed up, my order was complete and 100% perfect. Great experience overall.

I’m a combat veteran and I thought I’d take advantage of the free coffee on veteran’s day this year thinking since Starbucks has numerous coffee styles and the establishment is very well maintained I’d enjoy a caramel latte. I walked in and asked for the vets special and nobody barely looked me in the eye and it felt like I was unwelcome. I could only order a regular coffee and caramel was an upcharge so I didn’t get it. Soon as I leave and am on the highway, after attempting to drink this bitter drink, I threw it out the window. If this is how Starbucks treats vets I’m not getting anything Starbucks again
