The manager there treats the workers terribly except for a few (plays favorites) and doesn’t care about the others. Allows them to work in unsafe conditions, meaning running around making orders on a slippery floor. Will not go to again as long as that manager is there

Never had a problem with this location until this morning when the barista with glasses named Shayla or Skyler had such a nasty attitude when I asked her to remake my drink 2 times because she wasn’t listening and then slammed the window on me.

I placed a mobile order and stood waiting for several minutes without any acknowledgment. Someone came in after me, ordered in-store, and an employee checked on her order and later apologized to her for the wait. Meanwhile, I was never asked about my order that was placed before the previous person, or even given eye contact.

When my drink was finally handed to me, there was still no acknowledgment or communication. I continued waiting for my food item with no update from the person who prepared it. Another few minutes passed before a different employee noticed I was still standing there. She kindly asked if I was waiting on something, located my food (which had been placed by the drive-thru), and apologized.

Her kindness was appreciated, but overall the lack of acknowledgment and customer service from the rest of the staff was disappointing. A simple “Hi, what are you waiting on?” would’ve gone a long way.

I’m a regular Starbucks customer and always order an iced caramel macchiato, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The drink had too much milk and barely any caramel or espresso flavor. When I asked about it, I was told that’s the standard way it’s made, which isn’t consistent with my past experiences. I would love to see more consistency and care in how this drink is prepared.As you can see on the picture.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have gone too. If it’s not one thing it’s another with them. The poor customer service, the coffee tasting burnt or them not being able to fulfill my order. The quad espresso in a venti cup w/ 3 pumps sugar free vanilla and fill the rest with almost milk. Today I was told they wouldn’t be able to fill it up without charging me which is the exact same order I have placed for the past year at any Starbucks I go to and never been an issue. I have tried this place 3 times because it’s the closest to my job so out of convenience and it’s a disappointment every time. There is a Starbucks that is about a mile further off Virginia if you can spare a few more minutes the crew is always happy and friendly and the coffee order is perfect every time. It’s worth the extra couple minutes - lesson learned!!

Customer service is horrible they give u dirty looks as if they were not the one to mess your order up . On top of talking about to while the drive threw window is open as if you can’t hear them . I have let this happen way to many times I rather drive further to get better service

Poor customer Service on the shift on Saturday 09.20.25 At 10:45 am. Took them about 6 minutes to even acknowledge me and when she did. You know, attitude. The whole shift need a coffee to get their day started. I promise, I’ll never come here again and that’s on everything I love. I’ll NEVER EVER COME BACK here. Going to Dutch Bros right for now on

Disappointed with Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Doesn’t taste like pumpkin spiced. I am not sure changed this year but please bring back the great goodness that I LOVE SO MUCH. So excited when it is time for this drink to finally stopped by purchase my pick me up that I have been waiting forever for to be disappointed. Today, 9/19, I decided to give it another try b/c years before, Starbucks has never let me down. Unfortunately, massive failure. So sad. If I did not have to go to work, I would have returned it

Everytime I come here I feel like an inconvenience to the workers. It’s never really super busy but I understand when there’s a rush. Almost everytime I’ve tried to have a conversation while waiting for my drink I get brushed off and ignored. Drinks are great but customer service goes a long way and makes me not want to come to this specific Starbucks.
