Starbucks is always good but this location REALLY stands out!! The build/space/design is really great including a great outdoor area that is very unique - definitely worth checking out. ALSO - I’ve been here maybe 10-12 times and every single time I’ve received amazing service — the people that work here really embody customer service and customer experience. The staff and the management are firing on all cylinders here — this needs to be copied and applied to all Starbucks locations!!

I only come to this location in the PM. Mostly empty except the people working on their computers. This is always the most lackadaisical Starbucks I go to. Often chatting first and customers 2nd. The food items always take longer than the drinks, which usually takes longer than most stores. This is probably because the window barista is handling window and food and may not even know there's food waiting to be served. Soon I will try on the morning when probably busier to see if it's better.Update... I now have been to this location early morning. Either under staffed, poorly staffed or need training. 19 minutes for a drink and food today. This only because I made an issue with how long I was waiting. Almost no drive through traffic, only a few people inside.

I frequent this location often, it’s the closest to my house but now I drive past it and avoid it at all costs. They have been letting a homeless woman sleep in the corner DAILY. This woman puts her bare feet on the table and sleeps in the establishment. Another customer questioned it and was told “we won’t wake her up, she’s fine” and I was baffled. Absolutely DISGUSTING and so unprofessional. There’s a Starbucks on every corner, I will never be back to this one. Management needs to get it together or get the police department involved.
