This Starbucks is the worst. I ordered a grande ice water with dried strawberries (for my six year-old daughter), and was quoted $5.50. I’ve ordered this at other Starbucks locations and have had to pay anywhere between $0.75 - 1.25, for the cost of the dried strawberries. I informed them that other locations did not charge me $5 for a few slices of dried strawberries and I received attitude from the manager. Horrible customer service.

Going downhill fast! Staff had an attitude the minute we walked in. Told me not to pour milk down the trash can. I'm like what?? I just ordered my coffee. Then they put our order right next to another order and I took it because I only heard cinnamon cake, which we ordered. She yells at us THAT WASN'T YOUR ORDER. As if this is our fault. Separate the orders or put everything there at one time. Or call the person's name! I would love to talk to the manager! This lady is not a fit representing Starbucks face to face to clients.

3rd time I've went in here and felt really pissed. Today i went in, ordered oved espresso like i drink twice a day from starbucks, i also got a Cheese and fruit box, sat down, box was old, bread was hard, cheese was soured, apples were wilted. Went to the register, quietly slid the box across the counter, said this is old, it tastes old. Both girls gave me a very, You're lying look, or i guess scoffed at me. Anyway, i left, didn't ask for my money back. The staff here has very poor attitudes.
I spend probably $1000 a month at starbucks, no biggie, This location has a sour manager. My daughter actually walked off the job here because her coworkers and managers had ger crying often after work.
