Going downhill fast! Staff had an attitude the minute we walked in. Told me not to pour milk down the trash can. I'm like what?? I just ordered my coffee. Then they put our order right next to another order and I took it because I only heard cinnamon cake, which we ordered. She yells at us THAT WASN'T YOUR ORDER. As if this is our fault. Separate the orders or put everything there at one time. Or call the person's name! I would love to talk to the manager! This lady is not a fit representing Starbucks face to face to clients.

3rd time I've went in here and felt really pissed. Today i went in, ordered oved espresso like i drink twice a day from starbucks, i also got a Cheese and fruit box, sat down, box was old, bread was hard, cheese was soured, apples were wilted. Went to the register, quietly slid the box across the counter, said this is old, it tastes old. Both girls gave me a very, You're lying look, or i guess scoffed at me. Anyway, i left, didn't ask for my money back. The staff here has very poor attitudes.
I spend probably $1000 a month at starbucks, no biggie, This location has a sour manager. My daughter actually walked off the job here because her coworkers and managers had ger crying often after work.

Worst one yet. Literally made me wait at the drive thru at 5:59 to take my order . They open at 6. $7 for a hit coffee but yet your employees are REALLY worried about the accuracy of time. What happened to you Starbucks . Not a loyal customer anymore

Everyone there,(except the Latina who trains the new people) seem to be somewhat pleasant. The Latina rolls her eyes and gives nasty looks to women but are friendly towards men. This is very distasteful and lacks basic customer service. She acts as if she hates her job and hates certain customers coming to that store.

I went through the drive thru around 740 on saturday August 24, on my way to work this morning and ordered a Java chip frap. I can't remember her name who helped me, but she was awesome and very cool and cute. We talked a bit at the window while my drink was being made. Pleasant start to my morning. Thank you.

Ordered 2 shot espresso with splash of milk (not iced) which means hot, came in a little cup as expected, cold as ice, i asked is this supposed to be cold, lady rudely said you have to order steamed milk, i said ok this is cold though, then she yelled, you have to order steamed milk!!! Over seas this comes hot just like i ordered will not return to any Starbucks thank you.
