The espresso was… fine. Average quality — not bad, not great, just there. But while I was waiting, it was fascinating to watch the barista (who was genuinely nice and mixing coffee derivates like a maniac) assemble what looked like a lineup of signature cocktails: whipped cream, syrups, sprinkles, sauces — everything except coffee. I’m starting to wonder why it’s still called Starbucks Coffee and not Starbucks Sugar Alchemy. Unless they start serving me double Maker’s Mark with my espresso, they won’t be seeing me much anymore.

Ordered a Venti Cappuccino and was srved atleast 1/2 of it in foam. When I asked about it I was shut down immediately saying thats what it was supposed to be while walking away from me with no intent to discuss any further or fix the issue. Boo 👎👎👎 bad customer service.

The first time in 4 years of coming to this location to wait to order for 15 minutes while another customer argued about the color of one of her many drinks. Meanwhile the other employees just continued to ignore the fact that another customer was waiting. I asked because I was on a time limit if he could make the drink and was told no. With good reason, there were mobile orders. I usually order mobile however the app was frozen. I continue to wait until the customer decided to leave. Then the young lady chose to ignore me and go male drinks knowing I needed to order. There was already someone making drinks. Another young gentleman decoded to take my order. Ot took 30 minutes, unheard off.

Kitalli was so SWEET! Her energy was unmatched. She greeted me, talked to me , and made sure my drink was perfect. ( I asked for recommendations for my matcha ). best employee i’ve seen at a starbucks !

I've been coming to this Starbucks since Covid ended, and I have to say, Oli, Paige, Macie, Kitalli, Avery, and Sugra's speed and accuracy with the preparation of what I ask is always great. They're great, quick, efficient, and super patient. They're an awesome team. I leave with a smile to my long day at work or just shopping fun. 🫣 I peeked into my checking account to weigh in well with my review, but yeah, I've spent $1449.00 at least (this doesn't include times I've paid cash or Gift cards) in the last 18 months. Don't regret any of it 👌.

The incompetence of the Sunday morning baristas is breathtaking. They screwed up a hot tea order, simply a bag of tea and hot water. Plus they somehow managed to put six orders through ahead of it. Like I said breathtaking.

This was a very convenient stop for our family since this coffee shop is located right along the highway headed home. We pulled over, got our coffee drinks, one for each of us, and we were on our way.

Had tea on 5th July 2023 Visited this place on a mall trip and had tea for the first time and teh taste is ound acceptable being an Indian. I find the Sarbucks tea better option than their coffee. The quality and quantity justifies the price however payimng USD 2.10/- for hot milk for tea seems a avoidable option. For few drops of milk the brand can spare charging extra from teh customer. May try tea if you are willing to.
