Would not brew any coffee, then they said they had nothing brewed and would take 6 mins, because she did not have time to make it.
The so What attitude just made us Mad and we left empty-handed. Never AGAIN!

Staff are awesome, friendly and intentional in getting orders right. Wish there was more comfortable seating, but on pretty days sitting outside here is great - at the top of a hill, so there's often a breeze.

It was a sad visit to the cemetery and all of us needed something to lift our spirits. So we came here for sugary coffee drinks, sort of drinkable desserts, and we left feeling a little happier.

I am a regular Starbucks customer but my experience today was very disappointing. I stopped by this place to buy a couple of drinks for my wife and daughter, the place was empty and I noticed that they had removed the menu from where it was located, I took a moment to decide what I wanted but the lady who was in charge of taking the orders illogically pressured me to order immediately, I did so without really knowing what I wanted and I no longer had time to change my order which was 2 small drinks (Vbean Frapp Skies Drink) for which I paid 11.80, taking into account that I always pay 12 for 2 of these same large drinks, it did not make sense that I would pay the same for only taking half, so I asked the same lady who had taken my order in the most polite way, but her face showed displeasure and her response was worse since she rudely told me that she did not set the prices and that if I wanted her to speak to the corporation; I work somewhere else in customer service and I'm sure that this is not the way to treat a customer. I would have liked some suggestions when ordering and not feel pressured. I would have probably changed my choice, but I feel like I paid the same and only got half as much. This may be the last time I visit this place.

Very bad service, I ordered my drink twenty and they gave me half of the glass, it is not fair to pay 5.75 dls and receive half of the glass, bad service from the cashiers with their face as if I were going to ask them for something for free, I will not return to this place again location

Have been going to this Starbucks since moving to this area of Mckinney 2 years ago, never had an issue, have always received great service until today. Ordered the usual order for a customized refresher on the app, showed up and my grande cup was half full. After inquiring about why it's half full, employee replied with "the customizations you asked for on the app, cost extra to get a full cup." Manager, Kevin, standing right by, didn't offer any insights or assistance, or even say a word. They didn't offer to remake the drink or assist in any way besides a refund.
Extremely poor customer service, if a customization costs extra, it NEEDS to be in the app. Not to mention, as a manager, not jumping in to offer some sort of concession to appease an issue, shows poor regard for the consumer.
Ordering a drink that I've ordered for years, and showing up to a half empty drink, is a complete waste of my time and money, and will directly affect my decision on spending any more of my household's money at this location or quite possibly Starbucks in general.

Typical Starbucks experience. Friendly staff, warm and cozy atmosphere, and Starbucks standard for food and drinks. I ordered a Gingerbread flavored drink and it was divine. I usually don't like hot beverages but the batista gave me a tip to order them "warm" or "kid's temp" which made it easy to drink without burning my tongue.

I ordered an ice coffee online & I arrived 30 minutes late I’m new to the area. I asked kindly if they can remake the drink it’s been sitting there for 33 minutes and they said the drink is fine & I asked again when I took a sip it tasted like water The ice coffee was 10 dollars .
