Idk why I come here, as a germ conscious person I don't like when they put a stopper in my drink. They're not clean, there's no standard procedure ensuring their cleanliness so essentially it's like putting a finger in my drink. Most locations ask but this one doesn't ask and the employees catch a major attitude when I ask for my drink to be remade. Today the attitude was so bad, they re-made my drink incorrectly (I'm going to say on purpose because the sticker from the drink I ordered was not referenced as I watched them remake the drink). Its unfortunate how quickly people have forgotten the cleanliness required to make it through the pandemic

The shift manager/ASM/SM on duty this morning was so rude! The cashier was trying to help me break a $50 because that’s all I had and no card. The manager walked by and said, “Yeah, um, no we aren’t going to break a $50 for a $3 dollar order”

Not that they couldn’t do it. They chose not to and made it very clear that they were CHOOSING not to. They chose to remove me as a customer, it’s not about the $3, it’s about the hundreds that I probably would have spent there this year alone. I’m not surprised that the company’s stock is going down so much because this is poor, poor leadership, and poor customer service.

Go local!

I've never had a poor experience at any Starbucks until this morning. Not a huge deal, but noteworthy, since there are hundreds of Starbucks locations to choose from in North Dallas. I was in a different area than normal due to an early appointment, so I went through the drive through at this one.

Most days, I go through a Starbucks drive through and order a black coffee with no issues, which reminds me to leave a positive note on those other locations.

I ordered my normal black coffee, pulled up to the window, and my barcode on my phone wouldn't scan. The barista told me my screen was too dark after trying it twice and had an agitated tone. When I told her I'll scan my credit card instead (old school) she got annoyed, and said "just make your screen brighter!" As I grabbed my credit card she let out a sigh as she grabbed the machine, and used an even more stern tone to state "Answer the question first, then tap to pay." She was frustrated that I was trying to tap first. Not a big deal, but she kept repeating herself in the same tone, urgently and even more agitated, instead of treating me with patience, kindness, and care. "Answer the question first! ...then tap to pay!"

There's an irony in raising your voice in frustration when the machine is asking for a tip based on your service. I mean, cut me some slack, I haven't had my coffee yet ;)

So why write this out for a $3 coffee?

I deal with people all day every day and it's my passion in life to help others and provide great experiences to others in my life, so I wanted to offer this feedback. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. Take a deep breath, relax, and it's coffee after all. Isn't this supposed to be fun?

I'll be back at my normal location tomorrow. Cheers.

Always friendly service through the drive-through my order is usually right 99% of the time ! Sad that they don’t have the Summerberry drink anymore, it’s the boom!!

Oleato Cafe Latte with Oat Milk is the smoothest tasting coffee I have had in ages. I was surprised that it was better than Bulletproof!

Very rude and horrible customer service including pulling through the window, 5/13/2024 an older lady decided to act immature, she would like to have a power trip forcing me to pull out and enter the building. I had a premade mobile order. Rude, or impolite people should not be working customer service job. I was a trainer and a shift lead for Starbucks and I’ll never let one my baristas refuse an order just for the sake of it and have undeniably one of the worst attitudes. We all work lady your not the only one.

Well this time in I was sitting there waiting for my drink and there were 3 people behind the counter. Not busy at all , off Rush time, 2 ladies were cleaning stuff and the guy that took my order was just walking around. I guess each thought the other would do the order. Another woman walked in and on the app it said her order was ready. It was not. So the one kid made both orders and the other 2 just kept cleaning. I think the customer order should take precedent over cleaning a pitcher out. But that is just me.

My experience here was terrible! They were extremely rude and racist! I waited at the counter for 15 mins while all of the workers walked past and when I was finally greeted it was bad service and the guy had an attitude so I allowed the lady behind me to go ahead of me which she was a different race than I am and she was greeted with a smile and kind gestures.. and once I again came up to the counter to order I got the same attitude!! And they didn't make my drink until they were finished with other orders. including a lady that came in after me I will never spend my money here .
