They only want to greet white people. I was standing there picking up my order not a hi/hello.. atleast we are working on your order, some small talk! lol Didn’t feel welcomed. A bunch of white people walk in and they get greeted and warmth.
I come in to do some work on my laptop and order an ice water. After coming back to my seat from the bathroom, my water was waiting on my table where I set down my stuff. They had no need to serve me like that, ordering a free water. It's the little things that get you 5 stars in my book.

Stephanie is a great GM, and knows ALL of her regulars. She makes this store shine. All of the other workers are always so great too. I had a question on a drink this morning and the cashier walked me through it. I LOVE this Starbucks, give them all a raise!
