This place is a gem. The staff is nothing short of amazing. I want to specifically recognize Rufaro, who greets everyone with a huge smile and always goes out of her way to make your visit memorable.
If you think you have been to a lot of Starbucks, make sure you experience this treasure in Texas, you will be glad you did!
And the coffee is delicious ☕️, reminds me of a family owned coffee house.

I was having a rough day, and Rufera completely turned it around. She made me laugh, and when the leaf design on my coffee didn’t come out right, she even offered to carry it out to me as an apology. That kind of kindness really lifted my mood and deserves recognition. I’ll be coming to this location from now on for the positive energy she brings. Terrible service. I waited for a long time to pick up an order, they told me they were working on it, and then after 10 minutes they said someone else picked it up. Excessive wait time and poor service.
This is the most inefficient, incompetent, and slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Try any other Starbucks in the area before going to this one.

It’s absurd that they placed my lunch AT THE REGISTER instead of the pick up station. I have never been to any other Starbucks location that has done that before. I had to wait for the person ordering at the register to move away from my food.
