Have to give a big shoutout to the manager here (Antionette?) who made sure I had a great Starbucks experience despite it being an offsite location.

The girl wearing the head scarf and glasses was very rude to me and should not be working in customer service. She told me after I placed my order on the app to not get in the line so soon, there was no cars and the time on the app quoted me 3 mins for when my drink would be ready. I come here 4-5 times a week and will now choose another location. Please train your employees better.

I ordered an upside Iced Carmel Macchiato and I asked for it not to be stirred! Of,course it was and it was horrible. I will just start making my own coffee. Starbucks isn’t cheap and I just wasted my money.

Girl at the counter was super sweet but she forgot to give me my cake pop. And I also forgot until I was already far, attempted to call but no answer all day.

Very uncomfortable experience. Worst costumer service I have had in Starbucks by far. Please make sure that if you order a drink from here they know to not give you burnt coffee or spoiled milk. Take a sip before walking of to make sure. My mistake was thinking the coffee was good and assuming the best only to try it later and have my husband try it for confirmation that there was many things wrong with it. My husband and I love Starbucks but will not visit this one anymore. For future customer be careful and taste it before leaving. :(

This place needs some serious help. Pretty much everyone who is working here seems to be on their first day. Yesterday they gave me the wrong coffee because their Nitro Cold brew machine stopped working, then they didn't know how to refund me the extra they charged me. Today the most experienced employee is working the register and two rookies are making coffee, shouldn't it be the other way around? Everyone was getting their orders messed up. I ended up with a half a cup of coffee because the girls making coffee either didn't know how to steam milk or ran out and didn't bother to make more. She made two cups of chai for the same customer and they were different colors, she kept looking at it for a few seconds to figure out what went wrong, but then decided to give it to the customer anyway. Who was a little perplexed as well because he kept looking at both to se why the color was different. Not sure if he complained or not, but I just walked out based on the experience from a day ago. Everyone looked clueless.

They close before the actual closing time. The blonde girl was rude and did not even acknowledge that they are closed. I had to ask her. At least have the courtesy to tell people you are closed.

I am standing here on Starbucks , I got here at 7:45 and the blonde cashier with glasses didn’t wanted to take my drink order because she said she needs to close early because she needs to get more cups from the back . I asked her if she could make just one more drink and she just make a face to me , after the lady that was in front of me paid , I was standing there ready to place my drink order and she took her time and started to put trash bags on two of her trash cans . If she was on a really big hurry to close , she should hurry to take my drink order instead of being so rude .

Camden sure likes to take his sweet time while everyone around him is hustling and breaking a sweat. The store had someone call off so they were overly busy, the woman barista was working hard to get the drinks made and this guy is slowly moving around, talking and laughing completely oblivious to what’s going on. I bet he has the nerve to try and get a portion of the tips too at the end of his shift.
