One thing I will say is if you're ordering a hot chocolate go to Dutch Bros - they use actual thick and creamy chocolate milk. Starbucks uses packets of cocoa and water.

Typical Starbucks, but one of the better ones in my experience. The staff is friendly. However, the staff was much friendlier the first couple of years they were open 2020-2022. There was a manager chain and the friendliness decreased. It’s still much better than most Starbucks!

There is a lot of seating space at this Starbucks and several different types of seating. It also has good lighting. My two issues with this Starbucks are that the coffee machine is broken every other day, so I can't order coffee, and the staff doesn't bother to wipe down tables that often, so I have to go get wet tissues from the front entrance of Kroger and do it myself. The staff members, however, are friendly.

THE BEST Starbucks in McKinney by far!!!! The Manager Rufuro is the sweetest manager and very attentive to what's going on in her store. The baristas are always up bear and talkative and always put a smile on everyone's faces, especially Victor, Kiran, Kylie, Julie, Evelyn, Grace, Claudia, And Tara. The drinks are always made to perfection and the food is always warm. This is by far my favorite Starbucks and the atmosphere is just cozy and great to relax and do some work. Definitely recommend stopping at this location.

This is not my normal Starbucks but I have been there twice in the last month after staying the night with my daughter. BOTH times they did not put the lid on correctly. Today, my coffee exploded all over me, my phone and my car driving down 380. I had to pull over, then go to Target to get a change of clothes just so I could go to work... I called the store and was told the employees are trained to put the lids on correctly. Apparently not!!! The reviews are reflective of the reason there is no line and employees try too hard with the fake-nice act. Not a good way to start the day.

It's a pity that there is no 0 star option here. I had a worst tasting coffee at this place today. The coffee i ordered is decaf ice americano with 2 pumps of vanilla and pistachio cream. It tasted like nothing. I've never had coffee tasting like water. That's right! It was water dressing like coffee. Worst coffee experience ever.

I accidentally ordered to this location on the app for pick up, I called to cancel and they said they have no way to process refunds, which is a lie. I have returned a cup I've purchased before. She said I could try to call corporate but she didn't think there was anything that could be done. So I hurried to this location and when I picked up my order the croissant was cold. I asked her to heat it back up again and she said her oven was off. My hot chocolate that was ordered extra hot was like warm, esp since their was no insulation. Very poor service by a young teen that just doesn't care and has no customer service skills! I won't make this mistake ever again.

I didn't purchase any nor entire the shop. I dropped my granddaughter off to meet with her friends. They always enjoy going here. They enjoy their coffees, desserts and atmosphere. It's a nice place for them to spend time together.

They need to update their hours I got here at 8:30 saw the chairs up but still plenty of employees inside so I went to drive thru they wouldn’t even answer to say their closed I honked my horn even drove up to the window. I had to get out and try to walk in before this woman said were closed and her and her employee friends just laughed it off
