I’m a manager at chipotle and I came to this Starbucks as its next to me. I ordered some food and a drink and they told me I couldn’t eat inside with my uniform on that I had to eat outside. They said that it’s a new policy and I find it ridiculous.

This Starbucks used to be amazing while Rufaro was managing it. Since she left and went to Adriatica the staff isn’t the same. They’re rude, hardly speak and when they do it’s disrespectful and they dont take pride in the coffee. Sam in particular has been extremely rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all.

Slow service, mobile orders crowding out service for people actually in the store. Heated food items served 9 minutes before hot drink ready. My 20+ year attraction to starbucks is fading quickly. I hope the new celebrity ceo gets mobile ordering under control and thinks about it while flying private jet from John Wayne Airport to Seattle every week. This doesn't help costs at all or living wages to baristas.

The coffee always taste different here. I’ve had grinds in my husbands coffee before while my ice coffee seems to be made always different depending on who’s working. The guy in the morning Kerian always wants to pick a fight saying it’s my fault I messed up and didn’t say “ice”. He’s very unprofessional all the time.

Long line this morning so I placed my order in the app while at the end of the drive-thru line. Although my coffee was pipping hot - none of the key ingredients that MAKE a cup of coffee for ME weren’t included. As soon as I walked into the location with my coffee Wynter recognized there was a problem. She listened to me, explained there has been changes in the amounts of flavor pumps when making coffee now. Wynter affirmed she would make the coffee as I ordered, then absolutely tailored my coffee how it should’ve been made the first time. Not only was she really nice about replacing my cup, she wrote down how I should place the order in the app so the next cup would meet my expectation against the new flavor amount changes. I really appreciated that. Especially, when the previous reviews mention how rude the employees are. That was NOT my experience today. Thank you Wynter.

Coffee Please

Frappuccino coffee is usually well made at this location but unfortunately the quality was not it today. I added a shot of expresso for a stronger coffee taste but it tasted very bland and no decent coffee aroma for my drink at all with how it usually is. A drink shouldn’t have to be remade in the first place if the recipe was followed properly and was still mid with the remake.

Terrible customer service, bad attitude from the staff, and very rude. Not to mention the overpriced coffee that apparently takes a rocket scientist to make. Pay $8 for a cup of nasty brown colored milk water. Don’t bother make the drive down the street.
