When the waiter asked if we want gravy with our biscuits we said yes. Little did we expect to be charged for such an ordinary item that always comes with biscuits.

Food was great and arrived quickly. Otherwise, service was a little slow, but we were our server’s only table outside, and they picked it up after noticing our food had landed (We had to ask another server for syrup, etc).
The patio is really great by McKinney standards. Honestly I would have given it 5 stars, except the Mexican restaurant whose patio is right next door was playing different music, so we had to listen to two songs at once the whole meal.
Maybe both of your restaurants could agree on a radio station?
The food is your average good chain business fare, but the service is very good while not being intrusive.

Clean place, but some servers and hosts aren’t the best. Expect to get charged $16 for orange juice full of pulp when you ask for no pulp. Careful ordering the pulled pork, as it was sopping wet with grease. Hashbrowns on my plate were cooked very well but had no flavor, my wife’s hashbrowns were lacking any brown. Almost raw, but warm somehow. Very likely frozen.

Everyone is very nice. The atmosphere is very nice,very southern, family oriented, and one of the few restaurants with that vibe left. Also, I noticed they have a lot of regulars that confirm the southern family type of environment that made us enjoy our food even more. Outstanding food they take care of every single dish they serve, and it shows on the presentation and taste. We are very happy with our visit there and the price is not bad at all, I will definitely recommend this place
