The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The guy with the mid length black hair and glasses has the absolute worst attitude and moves at the pace of a turtle. It took me 45 minutes to receive my pickup order I placed via the app. Mind you, I was in the store the ENTIRE time. He delayed my order that was placed before everyone else and stared at me as I was waiting. He never once said “hello, thank you, or even any simple greeting” to anyone in the store. I got depressed just being around this man.

Subway was great! Santana made the sandwiches and did amazing. He made them in a Timely manner, considering there was lots of people in line! Sandwich was probably one of the best I’ve had at a Subway.

When ordering my food I forgot to ask for avocado and when I did the individual stated (next time ask for that first because it's cross contamination). Do your workers know that they're cross contaminating when they use the same gloves dipping their hands into each individual side that I'm asking for? Spinach/tomato/lettuce etc? The attitude isn't warranted and if they don't like their jobs they need to quit and find one they do like.

MARTHA in the front taking order had the WORST ATTITUDE EVER rolling them bug eyes when we came at her respectful, we greeted her instead of her greeting us….she then acted like getting bread out and toasting it was the hardest job ever, I mean she threw her hands and was so upset that my husband needed a second to decide! She even proceeded to say under her breath “today is not the day and I will call my cousin up here” 👀 I mean come on now your how old, she looked like she was pushin a good 60 years old… I guess I’d be mad too if I was that age working at a subway! Be mad at your self for that one! Crazy how some folks just love tryin to make other ppls life miserable cause theirs is! Fire her she don’t need to be in any establishment that requires customers service… put her in the back where she belongs!! Js! Thank god I’m a changed person! He saved her today!

Walked in with my family, employee at the front didn’t say a word and gave me the death stare, absolutely unbelievable… I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable than I did at this location
Soda machine was also completely out of syrup, ice machine was broken, and tea was was not sweet, not sure what happened here, will not be coming again and do not recommend

Went here with my husband for lunch. When we walked in, no one said hi or anything. My husband then asked the lady working the front how she was doing (her name was Marta) & she just stood there staring at him with the nastiest look and didn’t say a single word. He then asked if they had any meatballs for the meatball sub. She looked at the meatball tub & just pointed her finger. Still not saying a single word. My husband and I decided to leave with not feeling welcome there at all. As we left, I told her that she should try being more friendly and that it’s not very welcoming to a customer and we left. She laughed as we were walking out. I understand that working in the food industry is hard, and it is a holiday. As someone who has worked the food industry before, I get that. But there is no excuse for the way this lady acted. I’m honestly disappointed, as this was the first time I was trying subway in years. I stopped eating subway due to this reason & yet the first time I come back this is how we are treated. It’s sad. Do better subway, train your employees or find someone willing to do their job and have the decency to say hi. Or not to mention, maybe don’t have your kids hanging out at your work while you’re working. Extremely unprofessional.
