This location has worst customer service. If there is option for zero star I would choose Zero. We ordered 2 Veggie patty footlong online. We went to subway to pickup, lady said she doesn’t have veggie patties. We asked can you then give us Chicken patties instead of veggie patties. She said no I can’t change it. You can cancel your order. Or call on 800 number to refund. She just doesn’t want to help us at all. This is situation they can easily fix it. But she doesn’t want to help. On app I don’t have any option to cancel the order since it showing ready to pickup. And there is no option to get refund. We didn’t pick up any footlongs. On app it showing we picked up, but we never picked up the order. So they took our money without providing any food.

Came in to sandwiches only to be greeted by an employee just sitting on phone I guess having a break. Sandwiches weren't toasted enough and had to basically ask for extra on the meat and toppings. It was just the I don't wanna be at work attitude that messed up everything.

On New Year's Day we decided to treat ourselves to a meal using a gift card we got for christmas. The lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. We had a gift card that the machine refused to read and she just got irritated and refused to put it in manually. We ended up spending money we didn't have budgeted because she refused to do her job. If you hate your job go find a different one but don't take it out on the customers.

Ordered for a protein bowl with mayonese and peppercorn ranch sauces and veggie delight sandwich with mustard sauce. My salad bowl was missing sauces altogether and sandwiches had the mustard sauce on the one six inch side and other six inch side had no sauce atall. This had happened with me 2nd time.
Terrible Customer Service. Guy wanted to catch an attitude Over Ordering a Home Run Ham Instead of breaking it down for him. Like turn around and see what comes on the sandwhich. Don't be mad at me because your working at subway brother.

Definitely not worth the price to portions. 6 inch is outrageous. I remember the five dollar foot long, and think how now half of that is 7.19. the bread is chewy and hard to rip, causing the insides to fall out everywhere. The ingredients didn't look all that "fresh" and of course it smelled like an old sub shop as usual. I always stand by Which Wich because of their crispy soft bread and delicious smells/ingredients. If you didn't put any dressings on these sandwiches, it would be like eating sand from the Sahara desert. Never again. please try Which Wich.
Oh also, the lonesome dude behind the counter didn't look like he wanted to be there. Definitely wasn't happy.
