When using the mobile app, I realize the order placed at the wrong location and I called them immediately to get the order canceled. The first call went to voicemail, which they do not have a voicemail set up for you to leave a message, so I tried calling again and the second call was answered. They told me they could not help me and to find out how to do it on the app, I let them know the app was not giving me an option, except to call the store. They told me they could not help me so I asked for a manager to see if a manager could assist, upon which the girl on the phone decided to tell me I could not speak to a manager and hung up on me. I tried calling a second time, but my call was declined. Poor service here.

If you want a bad experience then come here. The staff openly spoke negatively about me when I walked in. Had flies in the display and the staff had no hair nets. I asked for something that was on the menu and was told that it didn’t exist. Weird. Definitely called corporate for this location. I’m not one to post reviews but stay away from this place because I got food poisoning

The sandwich was way too small plus squashed, cold, tasteless, I don't understand what's happening.
All in all the place clean but the preparation of subs there sooo stingy in putting the ingredients so little quality of food is like I only eat just the bread

This place sucks- the owner and manager do not care let alone will ever call you back! I have complained/ emailed etc several times and no call back for any resolution. Constantly mess up online orders and are stingy with veggies. Would rather drive out of my way to a different subway This place is bottom of the barrel

I tried to reach out to corporate to try to resolve but nothing was said or done so I’m posting this here. I ordered pickup for my kiddos and I since I was going to his school to eat. I didn’t have time to check the food before I left and I really wish I would have. Got to the school and started eating my sandwich when I immediately noticed that they didn’t put cheese like I ordered but did add onions which I did not order. I didn’t even think about complaining because it was small but definitely had already ruined the sandwich but I kept eating it and just picking out the onions. Thank goodness I decided to pick them out because when I opened the sandwich there was a literal hair in my food. Disgusted is an understatement. I wanted to pretend it was mine since I had already paid but I have blueish blonde hair so there’s no way. The ladies are always so rude and when tried to not give me my whole order when I showed her the receipt 4 times and finally I just showed her it a fifth time while reading it to her out loud and grabbed the stuff and walked out. Horrible experience all the way around. Recommend you find anywhere else to grab a bite.
