I asked for a 6 inch #99 sandwich and after repeating myself 3 times I decided not to grab anything . They re use the same gloves after every order . And the store tables where dirty

Horrible customer service and nothing looks fresh. The owner is very rude especially to people not of his race. I will never go back as long as he is the owner.
I used to like this location. It's always clean. But lately the staff seems upset you even walked in the door. This is also a very cheap location. By that I mean if you ask for tomatoes on a foot long you get 2 slices. If you ask for spinach you get 5 pieces. It's so bad they won't even toast your sandwich longer than 10 seconds.

I have called this location for over a WEEK, noOne ever has picked up phone. I left numerous voicemails and no one has ever returned my call.. Today, I called again and lady picked up the phone claiming to be the MOD however refused to give me her name, completely ignored the reason for my call and hung up on me.. I NEED THE GM OR OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE TO CONTACT ASAP!!

This guy I’m sure he’s management he was on his laptop didn’t greet, I believe the workers are his daughters, they’re just as rude and don’t want to be at work! Drive to the next location if you can!
