I have called this location for over a WEEK, noOne ever has picked up phone. I left numerous voicemails and no one has ever returned my call.. Today, I called again and lady picked up the phone claiming to be the MOD however refused to give me her name, completely ignored the reason for my call and hung up on me.. I NEED THE GM OR OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE TO CONTACT ASAP!!

Customer service is horrible! Very rude! Don’t speak, or nothing. They’re not friendly! This guy I’m sure he’s management he was on his laptop didn’t greet, I believe the workers are his daughters, they’re just as rude and don’t want to be at work! Drive to the next location if you can! People don’t want you over their food with a bad attitude!

The sign on the door says this place opens at 8 o’clock on weekdays. Unfortunately, that’s not true. I went last Friday at 8:30, and the place was locked soundly. I’m sure there’s a perfectly great explanation for this?

Modern subway places with recent food as usual and great customer service.I liked the ambience of this one that's totally different from the usual subway places. Like this new look for sure.Almost at the closing time and there had only few bread options, as you may expect. As always, food is awesome, tasty and healthy.

I really like Subway, have for my whole life. (I’m 39+). The fact that too many of people depend on customers tipping in order to make or almost make ends meet makes me sick, especially in the U.S.A. I have never chosen to work at a place where the customer is responsible for paying the employees. The whole concept is Wrong, for it’s the Boss or Owner of the restaurant or service establishment Job to actually pay the person what they are worth not undercut them and expect the customer to pick up the tab. And we let the employers get away with us and we look at down anybody that questions it which is wrong too. The employer should see the worth of their employee and pay them what they’re worth. This would be like when you get pulled over with by cop tipping the cop after he let you go because the city is not paying him enough it’s ridiculous employee should pay it employee so the customer doesn’t feel guilty about not being able to tip raises prices up if you have to. So when I noticed that a tip was automatically added to my receipt I wasn’t upset and that is the reason why I’m not gonna come back to this particular subway I’ll still go to Subway of course cause I love it so much just not this particular one or any other one that automatically adds a tip in. Because almost $20 1750 was my total almost $20 for one person to eat a meal that is ridiculous $20. I expect to see steak for $20 per person. Other than that I had a great experience at the SUBWAY® and if you don’t mind either pay attention before you pay or you don’t mind automatically tipping someone that might or might not deserve to make more then their boss thinks they are worth come on down

The employees look grumpy when I ask them to switch gloves for my vegetarian girlfriend and they also cannot hear what I’m saying due to headphones. This was all a couple months ago but I came in today and it didn’t change much except the headphones.

They close early all the time. I wouldn’t blame them so much if it was 10. But even on the weekends they close at 8:30 almost EVERY weekend. It’s ridiculous I’m over it.

HORRIBLE!!! My recent experience at this Subway left me utterly disappointed. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and even when I initiated a greeting, the lack of response was disheartening. The sandwich I ordered had bread as hard as a rock, prompting a 16-minute round trip to return the food and speak to a manager.After a 10-minute wait, the manager addressed me through a camera, which I found highly unprofessional. The conversation took a nasty turn, with the manager boasting about the restaurant's daily earnings and showing no concern for the subpar food and service. It's disheartening to encounter such self-centered behavior and a lack of professionalism.This Subway not only serves subpar food but also lacks basic courtesy from its staff. My advice: steer clear of this place, as the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

Terrible store, the workers look so miserable and disgruntled, I’ve been here twice it’s still dirty, glass everywhere is dirty , glass on front doors are dirty , floor is nasty, the veggies were FROZEN , NEVER AGAIN!!!! I only came back because someone gave me a $50 gift card, trust me go somewhere else , the bad service makes the food distasteful ??

The store looks pretty good, But the worst thing was the lady serving me was not listening to me and speaking to other person over the pods. That so ridiculous and she even doesn’t charged me the things i got on my sandwich and saying that there is no problem. May be the manager need to look into this. May be hire a person who is loyal. Thanks for the food.

Horrible staff. Indian guy was being rude to me and wasn't serving my food right and tried to argue with me. I just wanted the sandwich to be correct. Never return to this location ever.
