Terrible experience this day April 30 4:00pm a hateful woman attended me with an angry face that I couldn't even ask her anything!! It had never happened to me because I always go in the mornings and there is always a lady who is very kind and always has a smile on her face

The person making the sandwich is not even interested to work there.. she was not responding well and when asked to put sauces she said they cannot put more than 3. Even the lettuce and spinach was less and said they cannot put more

This was supposed to be a build your own sub, why hide the meats? I cant build if I cant look and choose, such a bad move.

I ordered from Subway online and arrived at the store before my sandwich was made. As they started preparing it, I noticed that they only put six pieces of red onion, even though I had selected the “more” option online. I asked why there was so little, and the staff rudely said it wasn’t allowed. When I pointed out that I had chosen “more,” they just dismissed it, saying it was their formula. To make matters worse, after adding the sauce, they threw the sauce bottle back into the container as if they were annoyed. The overall experience was really disappointing.

Marisa was eating in the back, didn't wash her hands. Came put some gloves on and made my sandwich. All I got was tuna with spinach and shredded cheese. The amount of cheese she put on my sandwich only covered half of my footlong. So I ask if she could sprinkle a little more where it was missing cheese. She added another little pinch. She did the same for the spinach, I asked for extra spinach, and she literally added exactly 2 more leaves. Charges me for extra cheese, and when I ask her for the cheese I'm paying for, she gives me the receipt and tells me to call the manager. I was not rude or raised my voice, I just wanted what I was paying for. WORST service I have ever received at any subway. Her attitude and service honestly ruined my mood.

We had a similar bad experience as another recent reviewer. I asked for a 12” and only got a 6”. All the customizations were wrong, the bread was soggy and covered in sauce and was not edible. Another sandwich was ripped.

Clean environment and Maria and Mireya very polite with great service. The veggies are fresh and so was the bread! Highly recommend 😁

Went to the store at 9:45 pm with my family. The lady on the counter watched us walk in and kept cleaning the kitchen. She came to serve us after 7 mins. She was really rude and continued to show her fustration on her face. While serving my footlong sub when i asked for cucumbers she kept just 1 and when i asked her for more she told me that kitchen is closed. This was totally ridiculous. Had she told me that she was closed when we walked in we would have walked out. Her attitude was very bad, I do understand that it was end of her shift but the point is I am not getting it for FREE.

I ordered a sandwich with specific instructions, and what I received was an absolute mess. Not only did they ignore my customization requests, but the sandwich looked like it had been thrown together without any care. The bread was soggy, the toppings were wrong, and there was sauce everywhere, making it impossible to eat. I had asked for certain ingredients to be excluded, and they were the first things I noticed. This was one of the most disappointing and unappetizing food experiences I’ve ever had, far from what I expected or ordered.

Imagining you coming to come get food, then you allow the person that’s behind you to go first (being nice), while you look for what you want. Then a group of Hispanics came in, and now you have the servers at this location telling you to go all the way back to the line because they feel like they need to serve their fellow Hispanics first. I will never again come to the location. Rubbish.
