Two days in a row I have ordered food from here. Two days in a row the orders have been cancelled without the store letting me know why the order was cancelled. Extremely inconvenient. I’d choose a different Subway if I were you.

Did an online pick up order. Wasn't ready on time but they were slammed so I didn't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes for them to complete my order. Staff was friendly and knocked out the rush quickly.

The place was clean and hygienic, the staff was very patient and kind, took time to hear out the choices and additions to the sandwich. They changed the gloves before preparing the sandwich. I would recommend this Subway to my peers. Thanks.

Went online to order through Uber. Our sandwiches were not made correctly and we were told we had to GO THERE with the sandwiches to get them replaced. I told them we needed them delivered. They wouldn't do that, so I said we wanted a refund, but was told it would take 5-7 business days. Bad service. Incorrectly made sandwiches. What a shame! Sorry they can't read off the order screen.

Again where online it says that location is open while the actual location is not open so you waste your time driving to a place that’s closed. Just going to avoid all subways from now on.

how hard is it to pick up a phone? i called 4 times to ask if they could add Creamy Siracha to my sandwich because its not an option online and they didn't answer a single time

Employee refused to honor listed price of sub. Price listed in store was $6.99 for footlong vegie. Was charged $7.59. Store had NO Mayo. Sandwich was poorly crafted, it's a sandwich, how can people not be able to make a sandwich! Cucumbers were placed on only half and a mound of bell peppers was placed on one end.

March 3rd 2023 the manager at that store was so rude very cocky she charge me for extra cheese I did not ask for look at my receipt I did not receive the cheese she said I will give you back your money I did not take back the money I just wanted her to know what she done to me older white
