The lady there wanted me to wait, because she had some mobile orders, the drivers weren’t there, tell me why I was supposed to wait, fist and last time in this place.

Girl with the extremely fake eye lashes is about as rude and incompetent as it gets. Stood directly in front of her, while she knew I was standing there, and completely ignored me. I finally had to tell her I would like to order. She proceeded to have the hardest time, making a simple sandwich, and began completely ignoring other customers that started to come in behind me.

The new girl that’s being trained is horrible. She dumped a load of pepper on my sandwich then giggled. She didn’t cut my foot long in half & didn’t know what or where the ham was after referring the the register as a “thingy” she didn’t know how to work another worker & a customer get into a political convo about how the protesters in McKinney were “rioters” & how they couldn’t believe that McKinney had come this far. Yea, hell no. I bet the “rioters” could’ve made a decent sandwich.

Can't say for all subways but the one near my house, which is not a franchise spot, is really good. The man who owns the place runs it himself everyday and does an amazing job.
The lady is very helpful otherwise the place is in bad shape.

It's subway, still standing but really gone down hill overall. Quality and taste not the same. Getting rid of certain items happens, but not on items that gets sold frequently. Combos or just sandwiches are not worth the $ any more to do weekly or even monthly.
